Wow. They almost make it look like an action film in this trailer. I just saw this movie yesterday. This film is really not that “intense” (except for the kitchen scenes). I anything, I actually found it “relaxing.” I got some “Roma” vibes (and I even thought for a moment, this film, was a “Roma” wanna be) but this film, really manages to be its own thing, its own story. It’s not for everyone, but I liked it. It was like having a dream. There really is something about these contemporary black and white movies that the color ones, don’t have. There’s something really magical about them. Absolutely love this. I look forward to seeing more films like these in the future. 💚
