Pat, you are a wonderful inspiration. I am at 193. I didn't lose any weight this week. I was kind of bummed about that. I am just going to have to go harder this week and make sure I track everything I eat. My goal is 165. My highest weight is 313. Hey Ms Pat. I fell off the wagon over a month ago after being sick. I'm trying to break the 190's (was at 192). I was almost there but got a set back of 5 lbs. You have inspired me again to get back on my program. As of Monday, I 'm back on watching carbs, 16/8, and over 5,000 steps a day. I keep thinking about what you say, "just move something". I'm working my way back to the gym again. Thanks for your encouraging blogs and keep it up! Congratulations on your success.
You're a great inspiration to me. I finally decided to start my countdown. Hump day is when I start anything. I divide the weight to be lost. Putting the total would hinder me, so I'm 25 at a time. I'll keep watching you and let you know where I am every two weeks. God bless you 🙏 ❤️ my sister 🙏 ❤️.
You are losing weight so quickly! I’m happy for you. My loss is much slower, about 6 or 7 pounds per month. I must be eating more. I m afraid of getting too hungry, I’ll go on a rampage! Love you, Pat! ❤
I'm sure half of it was all the fluid buildup and now I'm starting to lose again. Just to keep going down is the goal. (a rampage, lol, I know that feeling)
Do you weigh yourself everyday I only weigh once a week I may have ask you that before but I can’t remember and by the way you have to start walking at some point any walking is better then nothing you will increase your steps as time goes on. On another note my daughter told me Mommie you shouldn’t sleep in pj’s or gowns I told her gurrrl you crazy and I tried it once and I fill so good without anything 😂😂😂😂💙💙💙💙
I was weighing daily just to see how doing this number of steps daily looked. I've stopped that! Tell your daughter NO, I need to be covered up for the safety of my own eyesight. lol.
You are doing fantastic Mrs. Pat. I wish I was doing 5,000 steps every day. Moving is moving at any pace.❤
I didn't realize how few steps I take until I decided to do this. I wasn't moving much at all if I wasn't going to the pool.

I wear the same gowns year round. Knee length, thin, and sleeveless. I am in Austin, Tx it gets cold here in the winter also.
I get so cold, could definitely not do sleeveless.
I wear gowns. I have my Christmas gowns on in June. 5000 must be enough it’s working.
I have Christmas pjs I love and still wear. I've had a few days over this week but I'm satisfied if I just do 5000.
