Pathetic Accuracy

I guess the theme here is- if you get out in the open and pretend to be an innocent bystander, nobody will shoot at you? Well no, putting that trashcan out of its misery would be too easy for people in star wars. They don't want to get too close to that annual 3-kill limit they seem to have enforced on the bad guys.
