Yes the regera has a higher top speed, but you need a very long straight to even get near it. Whereas the rsr has better acceleration period, which means it will accelerate out of corners faster. As well as the handling, brake snapping, 0-60, the rsr wins in it all. So yes the regera has a higher top speed, but the rsr will allow you to finish races faster, making it the faster car. And although the evo is good competition for the rsr, its not as good.

Equip elite brakes track suspension, track or race tires for your car and always time your corners before you get to a corner let go of the accelerator and steer a bit in the direction of the corner and hold the acceleration again that will set the car to a drift motion and you can slide through the corners
