I love that you keep consistent with your light source and shadows. Many artists seem to ignore it particularly when drawing in a Dragonball style.

Thank you for this post but it isn't helping me. I think I just am either bad at art or I'm just stupid. Or maybe im just too young to be trying to draw this good. But when I tr y to draw like this it never works out and I make a drawing and I think it's good. I still feel like it doesn't give me character vibes. What pen do you use
Can you do dragon Ball z with black and grey shading. I need to do it for black and grey tattoos and want to draw my own stencils and not copy from internet. It's a big reason why i don't do Anime Tattoos. Because i refuse to copy paste online pics of Dragon Ball Z but instead want to make different spins on the characters while staying true to their original design.
