Ludum Dare 44 was my very first gamejam, which is where you create a game, and everything else in 48 hours! That includes code, music, art, sound effect, no sleep, loads of coffee, oof. It was a lot of fun, and I've always enjoyed watching other people's "Making a game in 48 hours" video, so I wanted to try it out myself. The game I made in 2 days is called Fair n Square, and is an action shooter, with squares! But today I wanted to go even further, so we're making a game in 12 hours! one fourth of the time we had last time. I'm very happy with the result, it went surprisingly well!

its awesome! Its just so satisfying when the black hole gives you a gravity assist (AKA Gravity just pushes you in crazy speeds)

I just realized two things:
The purple ones that change your trajectory don't really matter since you can just aim back to somewhere different, you can even see dani doing that on the ending portion of the video
Wouldn't it be cool if they took away your aiming for a few seconds? So there's risk for the reward.
Just wanted to share this thought with yall, either way loved the vid and you got me reinspired to making games again :)

I would've done the same thing but I would've made it so the higher the score the more scarce the health ones would spawn and more green and black holes that spawn. 👌🏾Love the vid man!

Dani make multiplayer and so u get bigger and bigger when u kill the "enemies" and so if ur bigger than the other online player you can snipe them and get their mass.

I'm from germany and found this game years ago in the store. I played it and really liked it. After a while i deleted it and thought about it lately but didn't know the name. I just looked for "ball" "balls" "ball games" and finally found it yesterday. Now i just looked up this game on RUclips to find out if i missed something in the game. I am actually going to play this game. This is awesome! Great job and well thought of. I am actually surprised it came the way it did. The black hole idea was awesome too. What if you added holes which would spawn you into a temporary different world which would change things in the game? That would be interesting.
