I agree with you, Knull will only be a cameo in this movie because Sony is saving him for a big Multiversal crossover movie. My hope is that the crossover will be in a future Spider-Man sequel produced in association with Marvel Studios. I just don’t think Sony can pull it off on their own. It would also be an added bonus if we got to see some “venomized” versions of MCU characters.

I would love if there is a minor scene where Knull indirectly mention decapitating Knowhere like he does in the comics. Also I think he may be after Venom since he may be the first Symbiote to have full free will and given the Symbiote hive mind the ability to rebel against Knull's rule.

And it's pretty cool to see that even though we know how most of the movie will flow, we still haven't seen some of the biggest surprises, such as the new symbiotes and the final boss battle. A while ago before venom 3 was even announced there were talks of Sony wanting to do a King in Black adaptation with the SUMC and MCU. And now that we know Knull is being introduced in venom 3, and with all the crazy rumors of Spider-Man 4 being a avengers level multiverse movie, It almost seems plausible that Spider-Man 4 is going to be that King in Black adaptation, maybe while also tying in to doomsday/secret wars simultaneously which would be really interesting I know everyone wants Spider-Man 4 to be a street level movie but this could honestly be such a freaking cool and insane secret wars tie in movie
If all Venoms in the Multiverse are connected then he also has the memories of not only Spider-Man 3 but also insomniacs, presumably Spider-Verses, Lego, 90s et cetera actually that might explain why Venom immediately latched on to Eddie when he got the chance in the first movie and why Venom instinctually hates Peter

There was a TV spot in a different language, i cant remember which, but it showed a green Venom, as in someone wearing the green symbiote. It wasn't shown who was wearing it tho
Yeah, my guess is that it’s Lasher which definitely confirms that several of those employees will end up bonding with the Symbiotes. Now, of course the big question is who it will bond with!
I just realized something. If symbiotes are a hive mind, not just in the Sony universe, but in the entire multiverse, doesn’t that mean Knull has no variants? Let's make a list right now of characters who have no variants. America Chavez, Galactus, and possibly Knull.

Does Galactus in the Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver (2007) count as a variant? I know that was a questionable adaptation of Galactus, but surely it should count considering Chris Evans cameoed as the Human Torch in Deadpool and Wolverine?
@@joshuatrusler according to reports about the MCU Galactus, that no longer seems to be the case. I think even Marvel Studios really dislikes the whole cloud concept and retconned their version of Galactus to have no variants.
Great video, this trailer made me much more excited for this movie it looks like a lot of fun. Very cool that Knull is here but this being Sony i won't get my hopes too high, also i agree that Knull won't have too much screen time and will most likely be a post credit scene.
I had a crazy idea for a post credit scene If i was writing this movie, i would have Knull be in a post credit scene saying he needs to hurry up on getting Venom because he senses everything is going to end soon and we see him looking at a alternate timeline where Carnage and Shriek won and took over new york currently fighting the Spider-Women from Madame Web then everyone looks up seeing another earth in the sky about to crash into them. Ending with Knull will return in Secret Wars. In my head this other earth would be based on an early plot of 2015 Fantastic 4 movie where Annihilus was the villain and he won on this earth, taking over the planet. So what do you think of this? Of course Sony wouldn't do this but it's a fun idea to think of.
Eversince this trailer dropped there's been a lot of reputable sources claiming Knull is going to be the villain for Tom Holland's Spider-Man 4, which tracks with earlier reports that Sony wanted that movie to be a multiverse story, and the fact that there were reshoots for Venom The Last Dance just last month that showed Eddie in NY, despite this movie clearly not taking place anywhere near it. I don't subscribe to the idea that the NY scenes feed into the "every movie between Doomsday and Secret Wars takes place in battleworld" reports, but I do think that it may lead to Spider-Man 4 featuring Tom Hardy's Venom in a larger capacity, maybe even in a secondary supporting role, like Iron Man, Fury, and Strange were in each movie from the Home trilogy.
Yeah… Those re-shoots definitely make me think they’re gonna try to tie venom into the MCU, which is awesome. Great to see Sony and Marvel finally working together to give the fans what they want!
I'm still really interested to see how they tie the bar scene with the No Way Home post-credits scene, though I'm a little worried about Sony pulling another multiversal logic blunder, after what they did with Vulture. But other than that, I'm gonna have to rewatch the first two Venom movies before this comes out, since it's been a while.
Yeah, I really do hope Sony manages to pull this off and give us a good conclusion to the trilogy. Venom deserves a nice send-off...well, until he hopefully appears in the MCU!
My theory I came up with is... The reason Knull might want Venom is because he has some goop in 2 different universes at the same time, so that might help him traverse them or something. That was just a short little theory I came up with on the spot though.
1:30 The hive mind thing is cool but confusing. Presumably, Venom knows about Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, because of Tobey's Venom. That would also explain why he doesn't nessissarily like Spider-Man. However, when Across the Spiderverse came out that muddied things. The TV show, Ultimate Spider-Man is canon, and in that universe, Venom becomes a good guy and works with Spider-Man. 688 Venom should know that to become of the hive mind. It makes me wonder how Venom determines which hivemind knowledge to follow if it's contradictory.
Excellent point! My guess is that venom looks at all of the hive-mind knowledge and sees that in general, Spider-Man doesn’t get along with venom. Most importantly, in Spider-Man 3 venom was killed. So my guess is that outweighs things and at least makes him suspicious of Peter Parker.

That means because Madame Web ended with Peter Parker's birth and that was in 2003, when Eddie Brock meets Peter Parker he would be 17 years old and the reason for that is Venom The Last Dance takes place during November 2020. That makes the variant of Peter Parker from Earth-688 the same age I am today, because I was born January 30, 2003. I think that Sony will keep the PG-13 rating for Venom The Last Dance, they were able to keep a huge audience for all the previous films like Venom, Venom Let There Be Carnage, Morbius & Madame Web. I don't know where in the timeline to place Kraven the Hunter? Keep up the good work.
Yeah, Madame Web is such a strange movie. There have been reasons to connect it with Andrew’s universe, Tom’s universe (I.e. the MCU) and venom’s universe. Until they give us something really concrete, I’m gonna leave it hanging out there, but it really does seem at this point that venom’s universe is the only likely answer. I just suspect that we’re never gonna get a clear direction from Sony on that. They seem to want to walk away from the movie like it didn’t happen.
There's already plenty going on in this movie based on this outline and we still have Toxin and the other symbiotes (like the one from the international trailer that's either Lasher or a really inaccurate Toxin) to account for. I'm super excited for this movie, but I hope they don't throw too much into the plot like SM3 or TASM2
I agree, there is a ton going on in this movie. Lots of symbiote action left to be revealed and Knull on top of all of that. Hoping Sony sticks the landing with the end of Venom's trilogy!

Yep, I suspect you are 100% correct on Rhys Ifans. Sony may have done it to mess with us, but I think there's zero chance that he's a Curt Conners variant.
At least in the films’ continuity, it seemed to me like the Life Foundation began (and ended) with Carlton Drake, and without him the foundation was probably bankrupt, certainly after their facility and space rocket got destroyed by Venom and Riot! So I think whoever Chiwetel’s character is working for (or leading?), be it military or paramilitary, it’ll be something different.
Good call! At first I thought it was going to be the life foundation and that they might even tie Orwell (or whoever he may be) back to that first movie. But I think your theory makes a lot of sense!
I think maybe the reason Knull wants Venom is because he's the only heroic symbiote in the entire multiverse and his ultimate plan is to kill every Spider person and every Spider person ally and that's what will lead to our Spider-Man and Venom team up in Spider-Man 4.
i think it’d work if spiderman 4 was more grounded with daredevil/kingpin/scorpion stake type stories and then after everything seems to have wrapped up near the end of that 4th movie, have venom appear somehow and have it lead into spiderman 5/secret wars/etc with Knull, maybe Spot, and whoever else develops into something cohesively awesome
Knull should’ve been the Big Bad in Avengers 5 and Secret Wars. I get that Sony probably doesn’t feel like setting up a story that major with Marvel Studios and I have faith that they will pull off Doctor Doom for those films, but it’s still a huge missed opportunity in my opinion. Knull probably would’ve made a good replacement for Kang and Sony would have that live-action Multiversal Spider-Man film that they supposedly want, in a way.
Yeah, I wonder if Marvel just figured that if they don’t have Dr. doom, then people will be disappointed since he was such a major villain in both secret wars comic runs. But I do agree that Knull would be awesome and maybe there’s someway that Marvel and Sony can still fit him in. Fingers crossed!

I think that’s a very good theory. In the comics, that was why he was after venom. So it would make sense for them to use that as his motivation in the movie as well. Good call!
I really hope Knull is only a Tease here, it would be a shame if he was wasted in a similar Way to Gor. Both of them can uphold their own Saga, just like Thanos, so here is to Hope that Sony learned from Marvel in that regard

There have been rumours that Spiderman 4 will be another multiverse movie so people have been guessing Tobey and Andrew are coming back again but what if that movie is Spiderman and Venom vs Knull?
I like these videos! So the thing about Knull that I think will happen (this is just my speculation) 1/ there is a rumor going on that he’s going to be appear in spider-man 4. I don’t see Knull being the main villain like everyone online claim to be since with the whole incursions and battleworld that is going to happen. However, I do think that will set up Venom and the symbiotes to play an important role in the future. 2/i can definitely see Marvel studios and Sony using Knull in the future post secret wars events. But in order to defeat him, you would need to have the beyonder’s power (aka the enigma force) since in the comics, the beyonders and the king in blacks are polar opposite of each other. Which means that marvel will introduce the beyonder in secret wars.

Btw I think arishem knows that knull is coming to 616 universe so he and other celestial across the multiverse prepared for the knull's attack, and maybe we will see the leader of the celestial (one above all) in future mcu or non mcu future movies. According to me, I think that the trailer shows nothing of the movie. They have not shown anything from the climax of this movie. I think there will be many symbiotes that will be joining Venom to fight Xenophages like Lasher, toxin , scream etc. I may be wrong afterall it's Sony but, I have a feeling that we are not ready for the scale of this movie🤔🧐 .

If venom and Eddie are being transported to the MCU, then there is a likely chance of pregnant Anne with fragments of venom symbiotes teleported into the MCU and maybe t’was her labor day and she birthed Dylan and accidentally she leaves Dylan in the mcu and she heads back to E-688 along with venom and Eddie ! This child Dylan Brock has the power set of Knull - basically an antidote to knull and his symbiotes,xenos!! If Knull can hypnotically control symbiotes along with venom then so, can Dylan!! So, it’s more like Man of steel + ghost rider 2 story arc! Venom and Eddie learn about their son and head back to the MCU having a roller coaster ride by making cameos in BTSV and other spiderverse universes to find their son and Peter/Spiderman and make him convince that their universes are heading towards symbiotic invasion along with spiderverse that can be transformed into the venomverse!! Basically implying symbiotic incursions and Spiderman after he has his one-off with kingpin , the universe -MCU transforms into a battleworld and Peter doesn’t trust venom as informed by Spiderman prime (Tobey Maguire experience of fighting a black goo alien in his universe)knull treats Dylan as his son and keeps him (Home lander and his son scenario)!! Then the story arc transforms into WAR OF REALMS + KING IN BLACK story-arc!!! VENOM X SPIDER-MAN VS KNULL! . !! I was instantly sad when i saw knull. He's one of my favorite villains in comics, but there is no chance he gets to shine in this. At most, he will be in 2 movies. This as a cameo, then the next Spiderman. Which is just not enough screen time. He should be on the level of thanos, if not bigger.

VM: LTBC (let there be carnage), it's funny to see Eddie and Venom end up on Earth-616 😂, but Venom sees Spider-Man at the tv news. But the guy came out of the shower, and he saw Eddie 😂 at the end of the movie. 2. I don't understand why both of them did not show up in the last fight of 3 Spider-Man. Oh BTW Eddie did not pay for the drink 😂, but he wanted back to his earth-688. Venom leave a little bit of goo in 616. 3. Now both of them are back in 688, in Mexico. Why Eddie is so much trouble with the bad guys? 4. Venom k*ll's 4 Mexican people inside of dogs vet. 5. Eddie steal of the Mexican people also, why did he let the dogs out? It's on his right. 6. It's the same bar, but not the same universe it is different. Orwell Taylor is coming to fight Venom.

I think this is leading up to a big Spider Man / Venom crossover with Knull as the villain... as much as I wish Knull was Sony's Thanos, I am pretty sure they are gonna botch Knull's execution and Venom 3 will just be a cash grab. They should also have Morbius vs Madame Web

Very good question! So, I'm not aware of any specific origin story for xenophages in the comics. They are simply portrayed as a ferocious feral alien species that hunt symbiotes, which are their favorite delicacy. I'm curious to see why Knull is using them to go after Venom. Perhaps Knull will be working with the Xenophages in the movie?

The only thing Sony could ever get me to actually want to watch this movie is if they officially set it in Andrew Garfield's universe. I don't care about anything else, I just want to see that being made official because it's closest we could have of Tom Hardy Venom fighting Andrew Garfield Spider-Man. If they make it so they're not from the same universe, I'm done with these movies. I'm so tired of Sony messing these movies up. I wanted to watch 'Kraven', but they delayed it so much that I lost the hype. Am I gonna watch it? Yeah, but it's likely not gonna be in theaters.

Although that i wrote no longer to watch any Sony marvel movies anymore, must i admit that the trailer looked alright for me and if the fans says it is worth watching on cinema than i could give it a chance. I have a concept idea what they could do with Knull. Through the hive mind he learns that the Venom symbiotes across the multiverse always will confront with a Spider-Man from which he will be always defeated or killed off from them. He see those spider people as a threat to take over the multiverse. If it is true that mcu spider man 4 take place after Doomsday in battleworld than Knull could use the symbiote goo to manipulate Peter to secretly help him with his conquest. How, i have no idea and propably they will have a totally diffrent plan with Knull wich we will have to see.
Cool idea for how to use Knull. There are alot of very clever ideas for where his story could go and I would love to see him tied into the MCU somehow!

There is a bit of an oddity when it comes to Venom 'knowing' Peter Parker. Doc Ock didn't recognize Peter as Peter so it's like why would Venom? Another possible explanation is that there is a different Venom and a different Peter separate from 616 or even Tobey's universe that have interacted and that Peter also looks like Tom Holland. It's weird but it kind of works. Heck for argument's sake we could just say it's 838's Peter since that shares a lot of 616 actors. Regarding the goo I don't believe he left it in both bars I think Sony just retconned the NWH post credit scene but it could honestly be either. It's interesting we go from the idea of the symbiotes being man-made to actually being from their home world. We definitely won't get Riot since well ... he was the villain of Venom 1. I just had to quickly watch the trailer to really understand this a bit better just now and I'm blown away at them doing Knull. I think frankly this should carry over into a future Avengers movie just based on the big deal Knull is in the comics. At the same time we saw a version of the Necrosword in Love and Thunder which is a bit of an oof. Either way I'm really excited for this movie and I hope they deliver a great final dance.
Good clarification on Peter. I suspect Venom recognized the outfit and heard JJJ calling him Peter Parker and then put two and two together since he knew Peter Parker was Spider-Man in Tobey's movie. And yeah, will be interesting to see what they do with Knull. I just hope Sony doesn't screw it up somehow, as there is a ton of potential!
I must admit, I have mixed feelings about Knull, like it looks awesome but I just don't trust Sony, they surely put Knull in the trailer to make the people talk, and also the rumours about the kid. I don't know, it's just, I have a wrong feeling about this 😢

Yeah, I suspect the debate on 616 versus 199999 will go on for many years. But Deadpool and Wolverine also included the 616 number on-screen, so it seems that Fiege is going to go with 616 and so that’s why I go with it as well. I hate that I actually kind of want to see this movie even though I don't think it will be all that good. Sony's track record has just been too spotty to trust. This movie looks like a lot of dumb fun, but then there's the Knull of it all, which you know they'll mess up in some way. I just can't do it. I'll see it when I see it, but probably not in the theater. If Sony goes with the R rating, it's only because a few other movies have been successful doing it, not because it was actually necessary for the story, and it's still no guarentee that it's going to be a success because of the rating. They're too high on their own supply, trying to make them look like the MCU when they're not, only playing with the MCU when it's a Tom Holland movie, they won't stop until the movies become too financially unstable to bank on Spider-Man-less Spidey properties.

You know what I honestly hope this movie is great. But seeing as this is Sony I don't have much hope. Honestly same with kraven and joker 2. Really Sonic 3 has the highest chance if being the most fun movie for the rest of the year. But yeah anyway Sony lately besides them teaming with marvel with Spiderman had only had the animated movies being great. And even with that I've heard rumors that I don't know what to believe. Something about the writers. And if that's the case then Sony should just go bankrupt and only make PlayStation because they have no clue how story and movies work... But back to venom, this humor is not working at all to me. I see comments on the trailer talking about they are doing MCU humor... Have people forgot that MCU humor is funny? Maybe if you mean Thor Ragnarok throw a brick at a bulletproof glass for it to bounce back and hit our main protagonist in the face to make a fool out of him style humor then sure it has MCU humor. But the thing is marvel mostly has good jokes for the most part. Quotable. Hilarious. Witty. Snarky. Great... Venom gambling eh lame... But with the villain being null ( maybe Thanos style where he is just a cameo) and being played by Norman Reedus from walking dead and boondocks saints fame. Man I hope it's good. But not taking the story serious is the same issue I had with the carnage movie.

This film looks awesome... Loved the first Venom. Really loved Let there be Carnage! These are some of the funniest Marvel movies out there in my opinion, so I can't wait! Hoping that (if) this is the last Venom film, they can hopefully get the team whose been working on these to produce something else in the Sony Live Action universe, because outside of Venom, I'm not really invested 😭😭😭

Yeah, it's amazing to me that he keeps getting invited back to work on these movies. I mean sure, he's done some good ones in there, too. But it does seem that he's had more misses than hits. And his misses miss very, very badly!

I agree with you, Knull will only be a cameo in this movie because Sony is saving him for a big Multiversal crossover movie. My hope is that the crossover will be in a future Spider-Man sequel produced in association with Marvel Studios. I just don’t think Sony can pull it off on their own. It would also be an added bonus if we got to see some “venomized” versions of MCU characters.

I would love if there is a minor scene where Knull indirectly mention decapitating Knowhere like he does in the comics. Also I think he may be after Venom since he may be the first Symbiote to have full free will and given the Symbiote hive mind the ability to rebel against Knull's rule.

Knull makes Venom 3 very interesting indeed!
A while ago before venom 3 was even announced there were talks of Sony wanting to do a King in Black adaptation with the SUMC and MCU.
And now that we know Knull is being introduced in venom 3, and with all the crazy rumors of Spider-Man 4 being a avengers level multiverse movie, It almost seems plausible that Spider-Man 4 is going to be that King in Black adaptation, maybe while also tying in to doomsday/secret wars simultaneously which would be really interesting
I know everyone wants Spider-Man 4 to be a street level movie but this could honestly be such a freaking cool and insane secret wars tie in movie

There was a TV spot in a different language, i cant remember which, but it showed a green Venom, as in someone wearing the green symbiote. It wasn't shown who was wearing it tho
Yeah, my guess is that it’s Lasher which definitely confirms that several of those employees will end up bonding with the Symbiotes. Now, of course the big question is who it will bond with!
I just realized something. If symbiotes are a hive mind, not just in the Sony universe, but in the entire multiverse, doesn’t that mean Knull has no variants? Let's make a list right now of characters who have no variants. America Chavez, Galactus, and possibly Knull.

@@joshuatrusler according to reports about the MCU Galactus, that no longer seems to be the case. I think even Marvel Studios really dislikes the whole cloud concept and retconned their version of Galactus to have no variants.
Great video, this trailer made me much more excited for this movie it looks like a lot of fun. Very cool that Knull is here but this being Sony i won't get my hopes too high, also i agree that Knull won't have too much screen time and will most likely be a post credit scene.
I had a crazy idea for a post credit scene If i was writing this movie, i would have Knull be in a post credit scene saying he needs to hurry up on getting Venom because he senses everything is going to end soon and we see him looking at a alternate timeline where Carnage and Shriek won and took over new york currently fighting the Spider-Women from Madame Web then everyone looks up seeing another earth in the sky about to crash into them. Ending with Knull will return in Secret Wars. In my head this other earth would be based on an early plot of 2015 Fantastic 4 movie where Annihilus was the villain and he won on this earth, taking over the planet. So what do you think of this? Of course Sony wouldn't do this but it's a fun idea to think of.

Eversince this trailer dropped there's been a lot of reputable sources claiming Knull is going to be the villain for Tom Holland's Spider-Man 4, which tracks with earlier reports that Sony wanted that movie to be a multiverse story, and the fact that there were reshoots for Venom The Last Dance just last month that showed Eddie in NY, despite this movie clearly not taking place anywhere near it.
I don't subscribe to the idea that the NY scenes feed into the "every movie between Doomsday and Secret Wars takes place in battleworld" reports, but I do think that it may lead to Spider-Man 4 featuring Tom Hardy's Venom in a larger capacity, maybe even in a secondary supporting role, like Iron Man, Fury, and Strange were in each movie from the Home trilogy.
Yeah… Those re-shoots definitely make me think they’re gonna try to tie venom into the MCU, which is awesome. Great to see Sony and Marvel finally working together to give the fans what they want!
I'm still really interested to see how they tie the bar scene with the No Way Home post-credits scene, though I'm a little worried about Sony pulling another multiversal logic blunder, after what they did with Vulture. But other than that, I'm gonna have to rewatch the first two Venom movies before this comes out, since it's been a while.
Yeah, I really do hope Sony manages to pull this off and give us a good conclusion to the trilogy. Venom deserves a nice send-off...well, until he hopefully appears in the MCU!
My theory I came up with is... The reason Knull might want Venom is because he has some goop in 2 different universes at the same time, so that might help him traverse them or something. That was just a short little theory I came up with on the spot though.

1:30 The hive mind thing is cool but confusing. Presumably, Venom knows about Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, because of Tobey's Venom. That would also explain why he doesn't nessissarily like Spider-Man. However, when Across the Spiderverse came out that muddied things. The TV show, Ultimate Spider-Man is canon, and in that universe, Venom becomes a good guy and works with Spider-Man. 688 Venom should know that to become of the hive mind.

Excellent point! My guess is that venom looks at all of the hive-mind knowledge and sees that in general, Spider-Man doesn’t get along with venom. Most importantly, in Spider-Man 3 venom was killed. So my guess is that outweighs things and at least makes him suspicious of Peter Parker.

The reason that Madame Web connects to Sony's Spider-Man Universe is because during the Spider-Man No Way Home post-credits scene Eddie Brock says, Maybe I should go to New York and speak with this Spider-Man." That means because Madame Web ended with Peter Parker's birth and that was in 2003, when Eddie Brock meets Peter Parker he would be 17 years old and the reason for that is Venom The Last Dance takes place during November 2020. That makes the variant of Peter Parker from Earth-688 the same age I am today, because I was born January 30, 2003. I think that Sony will keep the PG-13 rating for Venom The Last Dance, they were able to keep a huge audience for all the previous films like Venom, Venom Let There Be Carnage, Morbius & Madame Web. I don't know where in the timeline to place Kraven the Hunter? Keep up the good work.
Yeah, Madame Web is such a strange movie. There have been reasons to connect it with Andrew’s universe, Tom’s universe (I.e. the MCU) and venom’s universe. Until they give us something really concrete, I’m gonna leave it hanging out there, but it really does seem at this point that venom’s universe is the only likely answer. I just suspect that we’re never gonna get a clear direction from Sony on that. They seem to want to walk away from the movie like it didn’t happen.
There's already plenty going on in this movie based on this outline and we still have Toxin and the other symbiotes (like the one from the international trailer that's either Lasher or a really inaccurate Toxin) to account for. I'm super excited for this movie, but I hope they don't throw too much into the plot like SM3 or TASM2

At least in the films’ continuity, it seemed to me like the Life Foundation began (and ended) with Carlton Drake, and without him the foundation was probably bankrupt, certainly after their facility and space rocket got destroyed by Venom and Riot!
So I think whoever Chiwetel’s character is working for (or leading?), be it military or paramilitary, it’ll be something different.

i think it’d work if spiderman 4 was more grounded with daredevil/kingpin/scorpion stake type stories and then after everything seems to have wrapped up near the end of that 4th movie, have venom appear somehow and have it lead into spiderman 5/secret wars/etc with Knull, maybe Spot, and whoever else develops into something cohesively awesome

Knull should’ve been the Big Bad in Avengers 5 and Secret Wars. I get that Sony probably doesn’t feel like setting up a story that major with Marvel Studios and I have faith that they will pull off Doctor Doom for those films, but it’s still a huge missed opportunity in my opinion. Knull probably would’ve made a good replacement for Kang and Sony would have that live-action Multiversal Spider-Man film that they supposedly want, in a way.

i'm not sure where i read this, but the guy who looks like mordo is after symbiotes because carnage killed his son in venom 2 : let there be carnage, in the prison break.
I think that’s a very good theory. In the comics, that was why he was after venom. So it would make sense for them to use that as his motivation in the movie as well. Good call!
I really hope Knull is only a Tease here, it would be a shame if he was wasted in a similar Way to Gor. Both of them can uphold their own Saga, just like Thanos, so here is to Hope that Sony learned from Marvel in that regard

I like these videos! So the thing about Knull that I think will happen (this is just my speculation)
1/ there is a rumor going on that he’s going to be appear in spider-man 4. I don’t see Knull being the main villain like everyone online claim to be since with the whole incursions and battleworld that is going to happen. However, I do think that will set up Venom and the symbiotes to play an important role in the future.
2/i can definitely see Marvel studios and Sony using Knull in the future post secret wars events. But in order to defeat him, you would need to have the beyonder’s power (aka the enigma force) since in the comics, the beyonders and the king in blacks are polar opposite of each other. Which means that marvel will introduce the beyonder in secret wars.

According to me, I think that the trailer shows nothing of the movie. They have not shown anything from the climax of this movie.
I think there will be many symbiotes that will be joining Venom to fight Xenophages like Lasher, toxin , scream etc.

This might not be a great theory but more like a possibility how venom 3 is connected with the spiderman 4, Spiderverse, Multiverse and I don’t know how much writer Donny cates is having a credit for venom 3 and spiderman 4! Let’s begin-

HITCHHIKING FAM - 2 Females - one could be wife of Patrick Mulligan, Second one is mulligans daughter, The child - if he is younger Peter Parker then that means Madame Webb baby born Peter Parker is this child ,that makes Madame Webb canon to the earth 688, if the child is not younger Peter Parker then that child is adopted by the mulligans, that child could be the offspring of Carnage and shriek that’s why he could be a red headed like his father Cletus. NeXT, Martin- Martin is actually Dr curt Connors the reason why I strongly believe is Venom’s former GF - Anne was attorney to Curt Connors and she might have failed as Eddie messed up with cartoon Drake and she lost her job, right after this Connors is permanently stuck as the lizard in the MCU ,if that’s the case then he is permanently cured as Dr Connors having his both hands and he is still a criminal ,because he doesn’t revert back to his human form in the no way home like he used to revert back in amazing Spider-Man 1 movie!! Toxin(Red and Blue)- Patrick Mulligan , 4. Agony(Blue)- Might be bonded to Dr. Pyne’s Assistant. OR these symbiotes might be bonding with the hitchhikers!!

CONNECTIONS TO THE LIFE FOUNDATION AND PROJECT JUPITER(ASTEROID)- my guess is for the venom 3- life foundation corps are after Eddie as he has venom symbiotes which is essentially joint nasa and life foundation property and also There’s a high chance of seeing John Jameson aka son of JJJ and man wolf in the venom 3 as Tom Hardy once shared and deleted venom vs wolf - graffiti. With John Jameson this symbiotes landed on earth 688 and he is infected with the spores of venom symbiosis that may have caused him to have amnesia, grow bigger , stronger and agile in size and maybe it was the life foundation who have developed a special jury suit and John Jameson goes by the name of COLONEL JUPITER ,after they retrieved him from the raven croft institute as he was mentally unstable and after Carnage attacked him maybe a piece of it jus bonded with colonel Jupiter as well enhancing his venom spores by binding with them !! And he is having the same problem along with other symbiotes and TOXIN like all have them having visions that their master is being freed from the tomb and constantly threatening the rebel symbiotes via visions-“ I’m coming for you , for what u have done to me and Black race of symbiotes!!”

FLASHBACKS- Maybe after Knull is being coffined in his tomb ,there was a civil war amongst this black symbiotes vs symbiotes of color and blacks are been executed by other colored symbiotes Because through this black symbiotes are representation and Powerful enough as knull , so they completely depowered, Black symbiotes by defeating them and absorbing them by casting them out after they successfully coffined knull in his tomb and the dead bodies are thrown into the waters or their version of drains!!So, this is actually venom’s redemption in choosing humanity over symbiotes Not even knull can manipulate him and not even other symbiotes can resist Eddie s goodness.
5. VENOM IS UNIQUE - the only One black amongst all other colored races and he is often treated as a loser because battling against his own race is never his thing!!
6. XENOS & SINS OF THE FATHER’S- THE Xenophages have crashed on earth sent by knull and they are after venom because the venom’s are across the multiverse were sent on a mission to implant the cosmic seed and convert each universe into extended versions of klyntar and this cosmic seed is like codex which has the properties of knull and klyntar and venom may have that codex and this Xenophages if combined with power of codex can transform into dragon and open the gateway into earth 688! And this earth is special because in every universe venom and other symbiotes have been defeated by spiderman and spiderman variants! This universe anchor being Eddie Brock and venom? No!! they aren’t but it’s the son of Eddie x Anne + venom x she-venom - DYLAN BROCK. And in the trailer , Eddie has a ring if u notice. It could be the ring that Eddie wanted to give to Anne but he doesn’t or that’s the ring after they broke up! So, venom knows Eddie is suffering from cancer because on numerous occasions Eddie broke his limbs that actually acted as a catalyst for his cancer awakening! So, venom may have hidden the codex inside Eddie’s body but now he has hidden the fragments of that codex inside the Dylan brock making him HYBRID HUMAN X VENOM-Venom Jr.! After, Venom ate carnage venom’s anatomy started to feel different they’re baby spawns of venom here and there and one such is in the MCU, this baby venoms are actually having the hive knowledge like his Dads- Venom and carnage. But these baby venoms are bonded to the prophecy and acting more like carnage than venom as they have brains and to them venom became softer and weak! These baby venoms with the carnage mindset are calling out Knull who is somewhere across the multiverse!! 7. CONNECTIONS TO THE MCU & BATTLEWORLD: However The Mcu baby venom, ain’t searching for Peter Parker, Flash or any other Perfect Host it needs but it's actually Searching DYLAN BROCK! If venom and Eddie are being transported to the MCU, then there is a likely chance of pregnant Anne with fragments of venom symbiotes teleported into the MCU and maybe t’was her labor day and she birthed Dylan and accidentally she leaves Dylan in the mcu and she heads back to E-688 along with venom and Eddie ! This child Dylan Brock has the power set of Knull - basically an antidote to knull and his symbiotes,xenos!! If Knull can hypnotically control symbiotes along with venom then so, can Dylan!! So, it’s more like Man of steel + ghost rider 2 story arc! Venom and Eddie learn about their son and head back to the MCU having a roller coaster ride by making cameos in BTSV and other spiderverse universes to find their son and Peter/Spiderman and make him convince that their universes are heading towards symbiotic invasion along with spiderverse that can be transformed into the venomverse!! Basically implying symbiotic incursions and Spiderman after he has his one-off with kingpin , the universe -MCU transforms into a battleworld and Peter doesn’t trust venom as informed by Spiderman prime (Tobey Maguire experience of fighting a black goo alien in his universe)knull treats Dylan as his son and keeps him (Home lander and his son scenario)!! Then the story arc transforms into WAR OF REALMS + KING IN BLACK story-arc!!! VENOM X SPIDER-MAN VS KNULL! . !!

I was instantly sad when i saw knull. He's one of my favorite villains in comics, but there is no chance he gets to shine in this. At most, he will be in 2 movies. This as a cameo, then the next Spiderman. Which is just not enough screen time. He should be on the level of thanos, if not bigger.

Very good question! So, I'm not aware of any specific origin story for xenophages in the comics. They are simply portrayed as a ferocious feral alien species that hunt symbiotes, which are their favorite delicacy. I'm curious to see why Knull is using them to go after Venom. Perhaps Knull will be working with the Xenophages in the movie?

The only thing Sony could ever get me to actually want to watch this movie is if they officially set it in Andrew Garfield's universe. I don't care about anything else, I just want to see that being made official because it's closest we could have of Tom Hardy Venom fighting Andrew Garfield Spider-Man. If they make it so they're not from the same universe, I'm done with these movies. I'm so tired of Sony messing these movies up. I wanted to watch 'Kraven', but they delayed it so much that I lost the hype. Am I gonna watch it? Yeah, but it's likely not gonna be in theaters.

I have a concept idea what they could do with Knull. Through the hive mind he learns that the Venom symbiotes across the multiverse always will confront with a Spider-Man from which he will be always defeated or killed off from them. He see those spider people as a threat to take over the multiverse. If it is true that mcu spider man 4 take place after Doomsday in battleworld than Knull could use the symbiote goo to manipulate Peter to secretly help him with his conquest. How, i have no idea and propably they will have a totally diffrent plan with Knull wich we will have to see.
Cool idea for how to use Knull. There are alot of very clever ideas for where his story could go and I would love to see him tied into the MCU somehow!

There is a bit of an oddity when it comes to Venom 'knowing' Peter Parker. Doc Ock didn't recognize Peter as Peter so it's like why would Venom? Another possible explanation is that there is a different Venom and a different Peter separate from 616 or even Tobey's universe that have interacted and that Peter also looks like Tom Holland. It's weird but it kind of works. Heck for argument's sake we could just say it's 838's Peter since that shares a lot of 616 actors. Regarding the goo I don't believe he left it in both bars I think Sony just retconned the NWH post credit scene but it could honestly be either.
It's interesting we go from the idea of the symbiotes being man-made to actually being from their home world. We definitely won't get Riot since well ... he was the villain of Venom 1. I just had to quickly watch the trailer to really understand this a bit better just now and I'm blown away at them doing Knull. I think frankly this should carry over into a future Avengers movie just based on the big deal Knull is in the comics. At the same time we saw a version of the Necrosword in Love and Thunder which is a bit of an oof. Either way I'm really excited for this movie and I hope they deliver a great final dance.

I must admit, I have mixed feelings about Knull, like it looks awesome but I just don't trust Sony, they surely put Knull in the trailer to make the people talk, and also the rumours about the kid. I don't know, it's just, I have a wrong feeling about this 😢

Yeah, I suspect the debate on 616 versus 199999 will go on for many years. But Deadpool and Wolverine also included the 616 number on-screen, so it seems that Fiege is going to go with 616 and so that’s why I go with it as well. I don’t want to create confusion and go against what we’ve seen on-screen in the movies.

I hate that I actually kind of want to see this movie even though I don't think it will be all that good. Sony's track record has just been too spotty to trust. This movie looks like a lot of dumb fun, but then there's the Knull of it all, which you know they'll mess up in some way. I just can't do it. I'll see it when I see it, but probably not in the theater. If Sony goes with the R rating, it's only because a few other movies have been successful doing it, not because it was actually necessary for the story, and it's still no guarentee that it's going to be a success because of the rating. They're too high on their own supply, trying to make them look like the MCU when they're not, only playing with the MCU when it's a Tom Holland movie, they won't stop until the movies become too financially unstable to bank on Spider-Man-less Spidey properties.

You know what I honestly hope this movie is great. But seeing as this is Sony I don't have much hope. Honestly same with kraven and joker 2. Really Sonic 3 has the highest chance if being the most fun movie for the rest of the year. But yeah anyway Sony lately besides them teaming with marvel with Spiderman had only had the animated movies being great. And even with that I've heard rumors that I don't know what to believe. Something about the writers. And if that's the case then Sony should just go bankrupt and only make PlayStation because they have no clue how story and movies work... But back to venom, this humor is not working at all to me. I see comments on the trailer talking about they are doing MCU humor... Have people forgot that MCU humor is funny? Maybe if you mean Thor Ragnarok throw a brick at a bulletproof glass for it to bounce back and hit our main protagonist in the face to make a fool out of him style humor then sure it has MCU humor. But the thing is marvel mostly has good jokes for the most part. Quotable. Hilarious. Witty. Snarky. Great... Venom gambling eh lame... But with the villain being null ( maybe Thanos style where he is just a cameo) and being played by Norman Reedus from walking dead and boondocks saints fame. Man I hope it's good. But not taking the story serious is the same issue I had with the carnage movie.
Yeah, I do have some big concerns that Sony will once again disappoint us. But I’m hoping against hope that this final movie of the trilogy will be good. Fingers crossed!

This film looks awesome... Loved the first Venom. Really loved Let there be Carnage! These are some of the funniest Marvel movies out there in my opinion, so I can't wait! Hoping that (if) this is the last Venom film, they can hopefully get the team whose been working on these to produce something else in the Sony Live Action universe, because outside of Venom, I'm not really invested 😭😭😭
Yeah, the Venom movies have been about all I can handle from Sony (Morbius and Madame Web were so painful), but both Venom movies have been a fun time. Hope they stick the landing with this one!
