- In this VladTV Flashback from 2020, Young Buck opened up about doing an interview after G-Unit got back together, where he said that he's never received a royalty payment or publishing from his music with G-Unit. Young Buck explained that the interview angered 50 Cent, which led to Sha Money trying to clean things up in the media by claiming that Young Buck made $10 million during his time with G-Unit. Young Buck denied the claims and stated that 50 Cent later went on Hot 97 and announced that Young Buck was no longer in G-Unit.
I don’t care what anyone says, Buck the World and Straight Outta Cashville are southern hood classics! He killed those albums.

Redman specifically and other artists with similar takes have said your album is a promotion piece your money 💰 is through touring and other ventures. Record labels realized this and 360's came. *Anybody reading this, here is some Game:* If you have a credit score of 580 (minimum) and a rental history of 2 years. Provable income stream (a job) that you've had 2-3 years. *You can get a house.* Find a property of about $100-200k regardless of your limit (they will try to upsell you) contact that mortgage company and then you're on your way. Once you get it, fix it up, rent it out. Sell it after a year or two for more. Or keep the property in your Family.

@@thetraveler1182 Everything you said was great right up until you said to sell it a year or two later. Keep it. FOREVER. When you sell a year later you still have to pay 6% to the realtors, closing costs to the attorny and then capital gains tax. Could literally end up with 0 profit.
Remember, the massive increase in home prices the last 18 months is unprecedented. It won’t continue that way, especially with rate hikes coming soon. Keep the property as an income producing passive income asset for life. That’s how it’s done. But the hip hop community thinks that’s not flashy enough and they have this bizarre desire to blow their money on looking the part instead of being the part. But still, I like where your head is at!

@@thetraveler1182 make sure you create a LLC and put your properties in the LLC. After you get about a year of rent from your properties save up and then buy a multifamily with four to 12 units. If you don't have a place to stay then you can live in one of them units and rent the other three out if you start small with four. After 2 years of bringing in rent you can get another one that's all I've done it and now make over 35k a month in rent.
Other thing people don't tell you is don't quit your day job I still work my day job that I went to the army and college for and I'll work that probably for another 4 or 5 years till I accumulate maybe another 2 million and property worth and then I can just work for myself.
