From my old broken speaker its battery was gone it was not charging i used its part to make a speaker it already had 2 small speaker i put 2 big speaker with that small speaker i powered it with a charger when i put it to high volume it always turns of it think it consumung so much power that my adapder dosent handle.I am running it with medium volume but i want to use it on full volume.Any solutions plssss reply

You should double check the sealing of everything so the passives move more because we don't want any leaking air.

dollar JBL Bluetooth speaker. great job, now I'm gonna make one and use
4 /8ohm 3 inch full range driver's and it's gonna be a dual tube design also with 4 end cap 3 inch passive radiators. it's gonna be powered by a 15X15 @2 ohms with a 4 ohm load since I'm gonna wire the speakers in " Parallel ".
I'm also gonna use a bit more stuffing inside and use spray on bed liner for the outside.

I may even install theyer new automotive- 2- AMT Tweeters. great clarity.
they also make good small mid base drivers.
so we will see what type of speakers I go with.

I built a boombox which is almost same to ur design , mine has three speakers , one for bass , and the other two are full range speaker
I kept using it untill now , I am upgrading my boombox , now , it have a treble and a mid low range speaker for each channel , and small subwoofer , I use the same bass radiator with you!
I want this speaker you made so bad. I'm growing into one of y'all biggest fans....

Switch the positive and negative terminals of one speaker and install it so that the sound is deep and quality.then passive radiators flex certainly..

For more responsive bass try a TDA7297 amp board.
Nice idea, unfortunately the bass was weak and the passive membranes did not move much because of the lack of sealant and the amount of air gaps there were not filled properly.
Another channel (King Minhvuong) did this as well but theirs sounded better due to the improvements mentioned before.
i think the issue is the polarity is reversed for one woofer. all the long throw bass that is shared by both channels is cancelling out so nothing to hit the passives with. I noticed on the power up pop, seems one went in and one went out. is that possible?
looking again, it is polarity reversal. right now you are blasting counteracting pressure waves blowing power to get nothing in bass.
will these diy speakers be comparable to jbl and quality speakers?

Hey if im right, ur box isnt sealed enough, the bass reflex isnt resonating too much when the speakers almost on peak, i think u need to fix it dude
That is really cool. Damn good job. I really like the look of that one.
Its good but the inclosiur is also little bit to small use smaller Driver and use Full range Speaker, the Tweeters use a lot of Place for Resonanz for the "woofer" so there are some mistakes but its quiet good!
Your build was good but it has a lot of leaks. Try to close every small gaps inside the port, i am sure your sound will improve a lot more. ✌️

the passive radiators have no sense, because there is no air to pushing it out. Maybe because of the plastic or the big volume in tge box.
But all in is it a good speaker i think👍

Most likely, the dynamics are rather weak for such heavy passive speakers, you can not lay cotton when you use passive speakers! Is the handle strong?

Good try! So close but without a DSP and proper sealing I know this won't sound any good. Also wire up the speakers properly! They are fighting each other which acts like noise cancellation

Why did you add passive radiators when your not gonna use them anyway? It's just waste of time. For the same reason there's no bass either. The bass can't find it's way outta the box. You could have just added an air tube instead cost less time and you would have some decent sound too. Anyway i'm not hating it's just my opinion
