Thank you for speaking and sharing your knowledge. Interesting how far back this existed.

I was diagnosed with dysautonomia a couple months ago after years of pain being diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome(E.D.S)

General complaint... many of these lecturers say people with dysautonomia are “uncomfortable” when standing. I wish the language used to described POTS fit the actual experience, maybe then doctors would be less dismissive. Uncomfortable? Try life altering misery.

Plus some types of dysautonomia aren't made worse by standing. I can't lie flat.

People who go "Um..ah...um...umm... ahh. aaah" through their talks should not give talks.

Not every person processes their thoughts in the same way. I don't think you should judge people based on that...

One can be an expert in their field and very skilled, but not ready/wanting the spotlight. Must be tough! Stage fright or whatever it could be

Anyone speaking professionally needs vocal coaching, like any other training. Vocal fry, uh umm fillers, weak , pinched, gravely yet high-pitched, shaky etc all issues with this doctor. Its epidemic in america especially, and maddening. Exhibits unawareness, very inconsiderate to subject anyone. Tough to take him seriously with such a huge blind spot as this...

Sorry Doc, I am having a very hard time following your message. The constant “uh” and “um” barrage makes this unpleasant to listen and maintain concentration. Please work on your public speaking to reach the same level as your medical knowledge. I hope I didn’t insult you, but I hope it motivates you.

I use to use a lot of word whiskers. It was kindly pointed out to me and I made mental effort to improve. Now my public speaking is much better.

Not only is he a pain to listen to, but his content is IMHO simplistic and unoriginal. This video should be deleted.
