If I remember it's the crafted base(whole milk that they make+regular coffee), 4 pumps of sugar free caramel from monin and 2 tsp of salt and sugar mix. Might be wrong about exact measurements since it was years ago.
Basically you put choc chips, then milk in a metal pitcher type thing, then we heat it up on the heating stick I call it, and we get shots pulled. (2 shot for small and medium, 3 for large). Then we will put about 5 pumps of mint depending on the size, then pour shots and mixed milk and chic into the cup, whip and enjoy
