This is a FANTASTIC video! So true! I'm in the process of trying to niche down now. I fell into the trap of making a little of everything. My business is growing, but not at the rate I want. So I'm scaling back and limiting my offerings.
Agree, we realised it quickly that making Epoxy tables is not good business because too many things can go wrong plus can’t systemise because slabs are very different and not many good slabs available.

I would love to see a video about your freight shipping process and cost to the customers. Do you offer "free shipping" and include the shipping cost within your product listing price ? or does the customer pay for shipping after purchase ? Which approach do you think works best ?
Hey Gilberto! Hope you're doing well my friend. We do not offer free shipping and include it in the price. We offer free pickup from our manufacturing facility, or we can deliver by hand for around $2-$2.25/mile, or we can ship via freight. You can do either or though! One of the companies that I look up to, they have built an incredible brand and they have included free shipping into their pricing structure. But i would try to keep the prices down and then add higher pricing to it if they want it delivered. Thanks for your following and your support!
