i want to see THIS in the main show, imagine the possibilities, like one of the characters, becomes a legendary pokemon, let's say Mew or something, because someone did ask a powerful pokemon this question, to turn them into one and it just so happened, that they turned, in this case i'd say it'd be Ash or Goh, let's say, they kinda keep their personality and the ability to talk and would meet with professor Cerise or the ppl of project mew or professor Oak. What better way to study pokemon, than to be one yourself? So, how would this go? Here's an idea: So both Ash and Goh meet Mew and tell Mew basically, that they want to get closer to their pokemon and without thinking much, also mention, they would become Mew themselves, to help with the research on project Mew. So, Mew simply stares at both of them, get's all excited and playful, but then her eyes glow, she pulls them closer to her, she still stares at them, in their eyes, Mew would still see, that they mean it. So, what does Mew do? Her glow changes into a different color and increase in intensity, enveloping both Ash and Goh. All of their pokemon freak out, because, they're all in Cerise park and suddenly Ash and Goh are both enveloped in that glow, that always comes, when pokemon evolve both Ash and Goh don't notice that, suddenly the glow stops and both of them are Mews, in different colors, though none of them notices (yet). Suddenly they hear a voice say "done". Ash would ask Goh, if he heard that, both looking at each other, then they notice, they've been turned into Mew. They're too shocked to react at that point. Secretly Mew takes out pokeballs of both Ash and Goh, saying: "I'm sorry to do this, but till you are able to understand this fully, you will have quite the learning process ahead of you and i must catch you both with your pokeballs. She throws the balls at them, capturing them inside, till the catch is done, then she lets them back out.
This is only a small part of it probably and maybe some of this could be changed. But what both of them can do, is understand humans and pokemon and being able to speak both languages, without needing to learn it or using a spot of an attack for that either. i'd so wanna see the professors and friends and such, freak out over this and be surprised, Pikachu asking this typical question: Ash, is that you? And since they're still humans in their cores, they would be different in that regard to pokemon, being able to have far more power, due to traits, that makes combination of a human and pokemon way stronger, than pokemon being pokemon.
And you can build up on this too, like, Ash's other friends, that were with him in all the other adventures, see that and come visit him and somehow Ash and Goh manage to transform them too.
