They are pirates underwater (sunken?). The 8 kids are the younger version of SKZ. The kids were having stage fright in front of the recital crowd. Cue the kids playing the musical instrument with their eyes closed. The kids imagined the watching crowd as monsters. The monsters are sea monsters from Japanese folklore, if I'm not mistaken. But them young kids managed to overcome their stage fright as they let their inner rock unleash!! In the end, a small window of the multiverse (SKZ megaverse) did a peekaboo to show SKZ the other dimension with the younger version of them.
It wasn't hitting for me at all. Maybe it was too similar energy to S Class. I listened to the album and funnily enough, I enjoyed the Rock version of the song. Maybe that was the original, and it was changed along the way. Cover Me was a stand out favorite after listening to the album once.

I remember when 5 stars came out and i hated S class but loved the B sides(especially Topline superbowl item and hall of fame) But with rockstar i didn't like even a single song. So idk what to say at this point
@Multistanfandom overall, I did get the feeling that I was trying to like it since I usually like most of their songs. I'll probably put it on again to see if it grows on me.

I haven't listened to the other songs yet, but i think so about this song and the mv..it's complicated and doesn't sound good for some reason.
