Just from what I have so far pieced together its 4 different scenes for the 4 different emotions when Stray Kids perform. Anger, Fear, Anxiety, and Joy/Pleasure (Joy in Chinese is LA btw 😁). If you notice in each scene when the "giants" disappear all that remains in the end is "La" aka joy. And the older stray kids are helping their younger selfs defeat the negative emotions that want to overtake them as now as these Stray Kids all they have left is Joy in performing :) This is mostly just my opinion, mixed with about 8 years of learning Chinese so be nice if I end up being wrong :)

I personally feel like they are throwing aspects from all of their past music videos into the visuals of this. Bus from district 9 (has 325 on it for their debut date), gods menu vibes, s class drone & spotlight vibes, Clowns from circus etc. they’re showing us their evolution and that they always bring the rock & it never stops. Idk Stray kids never disappoints & this album is fire

What I got from this music video was, that when you were younger you want to go out in the world and perform and show the world who you are but there’s gonna be things that scare you and make you not wanna move forward you have to cancel out those fears/ ignore them (la la la la la) and let it rock and power through! Your dreams are waiting to come true! Push through those fears!
ya, now that u say it i do. I also think that the audience was that big looking monster for the kids. I almost feel that this was like the hype song for the kids in their heads in order to get through the nerves, hence why they had their eyes closed.

The rock ver. is exactly as it sounds. Its the same song but with an entirely heavy rock instrumental.
And it is glorious.
I think the reason there are so many different settings is to go along with the mega verse concept, kinda like the multiverse Spider-Man movies, the original straykids from where they began is district 9 but now they are discovering a multiverse of different versions of themselves going as far as district 325
This SKZ comeback is killing me and I'm here for it, as one of my wreckers aka Han ( I tried to keep him on a tight leash but he broke from it lol) has joined my other two biases Felix and Hyunjin (now i have 3) and my wreckers wrecker Lee Know has joined Changbin as a wrecker.
I am in love with the pirate\purge theme throughout the MV as its more like they are trying to show people no matter what they wont change as they give people like me hope that we can just be who we are.
the lyrics are also amazing as ever as I had ever since the teaser, lalalala la lalalala stuck in my head when I wake up and wen I go to sleep. The beat is also super catchy as its a beat that's the type to get you hyped up and ready for anything.
On a side note i love Han wearing the clown mask as I could tell it was him just by looking at his eyes. also I just wanted to say i love the choreo and learning it myself and i also love the rapping and vocals in the song aswell. also i love the rock sound as if it wasnt for kpop i wouldnt be into rock type music at all and talking bout the music i love the drums and the guitars also i love how chaotic but natural it all looks.

Nvm I’ll make the explanation, so basically, there are 4 characters in the MV.the characters are joy,anger,sadness,pleasure.(they are always in this order) these emotions are in a battle, meaning every time one of the characters fade away, it means they have lost the battle.So the monster or beast faded away, and the character anger faded away at the same time as the monster and the monster seem to hate loud voices so maybe the monster represents anger.In the end pleasure wins.Order of the characters losing. Anger dies first, joy dies second and sadness loses third.

I was just thinking about the rock sign. The way they do it, with their thumb out, is also the sign language for I love you, which they used before in the song Case 143. And it's also part of the sign they make in the group's introduction when they do interviews , awards and things like that.

Clown masks are a nod to the fandom. Lot of STAYS were called clowns and we just took it, ran with it, made memes and the boys watch fanmade things and started applying it to their stuff too as most Kpop groups will usually do if they pay enough attention to their fandom XD

District 325 probably sounds familiar because the boys debuted on March 25, 03/25 - hence the 325.
Someone's probably explained what the chinese characters throughout the mv mean but for those reading this, it means Happy, Angry, Sad, Joy.
The character in the title is pronounced "rak", ofc similar to "rock", and means "pleasure.
But to add on, the "lalalala" when they slow down before the chorus, with the knowledge that we're basically experiencing what the children in the mv are internally going through, the lalalalas feel like when kids actually put their hands over their ears and say LALALALA to block out noise.
the song slows and quiets down when the group first sings "lalalala" because it's like that moment when you cover your ears and try to drown out the noise around you, saying lalalala so you dont hear anything else.
The noise quiets, "lalalala", "just feel the rock" + intense beats and music blare as if to overwhelm the chaos and monsters before
Again, just my added interpretation. If this is what they intended, then this writing has surpassed genius. It's not just play on words and sounds but also using a childlike habit to bring across a message. The layers in such a deceivingly simple title is many.
