When working night shift, especially those 12’s, the best way to guarantee you sleep at least 6hrs straight through is to sleep in a pouch black room. Get those black out curtains girl and put your phone on do not disturb. Get that noise canceling padding and put around your windows. It seriously helps!
Thanks for sharing. The drive-thru part had me 😂. My full-time... I will be late for that food. Agency... naw. 😂😂 I've been working nights for years now. My set weekend I do three 12s. That shit takes a toll on you. I'm in my 30s now, and it's getting me good. 😂 My agency shifts are only 8s. It's nice to get the extra rest.

Hey Bri! What study tools did you used in nursing school knowing you the “type of person that’s hard to catch on to the materials??” I’m one of those people
Nurse Tech is a PCT, but they are allowed to do extra things that a regular pct or nursing assistant can’t do. Like for example, if you’re at a hospital, where nursing assistants/pct’s aren’t allowed to start IV’s, insert catheters…. As a nurse tech you can. You have to be in nursing school and have finished fundamentals. I used to work at the hospital she’s at, and Nursing assistants there just did the basics

What is the difference between Nurse Tech and PCT?
