I love it when you have these conversations with your mentees. Even though the issues that they face are super simple at times talking a person through the fundamentals and showing these entrepreneurs that they've put the "cart before the horse" is valuable to me. Thank!

We all go through this and if we don't fix the fundamentals then we will carry those problems with us wherever we go.

after watching Tim interviews I notice same problem we most have: not a clear business structure or even a plan. Most have huge amount of knowledge on" how to do things" but not a plan to make money from it.

🔥🔥 TRUTH 🔥🔥 This is true even with people who say they serve a niche.

I got upset with my niche after 6 years, bailed - actually sold off all the clients, took a 2-year break, and just popped back in from zero, no niche, and still defining what my plan is ...huge mistake all around...

Yeah, it happens a lot. We quit niches thinking some other industries will be better. The real issue is the business systems (or lack of) and the quality of our thinking and mindset about our niche.

@@TimConley "the quality of our thinking and mindset about our niche." - that's what I let deteriorate at the time. Of course, looking back (and watching this) It could have been elevated to everything I imagined - I was burnt out. I could have done a lot of things better. I am glad you are putting out the content you are, I watch religiously and it helps keep my head aimed in the right direction. Thanks for the reply.
