Her routine tells me a lot, and I think it's safe to assume she's a skinthusiast who pays attention to what her skin needs. It’s so true { for me as well}- that vision of Cindy Crawford with that hair, the outfit, her voice, I was so influenced by her editorials,her entire vibe.. it’s been engrained in my brain.. I was obsessed with that hair, everything Cindy, A decade of hair rollers just to achieve that volume 🤩… When I was in my teens/20’s,I had/have this tiny mole on my chin , & I was so insecure about it in my pre teens UNTIL Cindy.. So thankful that she never removed it. Honestly, I think if she would have removed it, I probably would have done the same. 🥰

I gotta say I really admire the fact that she really is a natural beauty. I don’t know why I feel this way but I feel like the models that get surgery to completely change the way they look so they can model have cheapened the whole idea of “super models” . It’s less special when avg looking girls with money and access to surgery all of a sudden buy their way into a face for modeling. Maybe I shouldn’t feel that way and maybe I wouldn’t if said models didn’t deny the obvious. You know ? Other girls that are average looking that dream to model need to know that they too in the right plastic surgeons hands can also achieve their dreams. I really miss the 90’s super models I had so much more respect for them . Kaia is cuT from the same cloth naturally gorgeous down to earth beautiful inside and out.
I'm really impressed with Kaia, she seems to really have it together, regarding skincare and self-care. And, as she said, her mom has been a big influence regarding her skincare journey. I love that Cindy allowed Kaia to explore her own style and let her 'play' with makeup and develop her own unique 'look'. It's great to see that her mom has given her freedom - I am sure there are plenty of moms that try to point out mistakes or missteps and wind up stifling their kid's creativity instead of letting them find their own style. Well, I think there is no teenager in this world who does not have it their own way.
They want to do their own skin care routine and do what their girlfriends do.
Teenagers would never just do what mum tells them because mum is sooo not cool.
Later the teenagers come around and accept advice from mum. Takes some years.
When we’ve all been quarantining for the past however long, there are only so many things to do before one ends up revamping their skincare routine. And maybe buying a few too many products (not that I know anything about that… 🤣)

What annoys me is the fact that people are so strict with putting on sunscreen on their face, but don't put any on their body, especially when they wear tank tops and shorts all the time. Wrinkles are one thing, but skin cancer doesn't care about the location on your body🙄 Also tanning is just as bad as getting a sunburn. Both are sun damage and tanning is caused by UVA rays, which penetrate even deeper into the skin, so that's fun. Tanning in the skin releases free radicals, which cause cancer, so idk why so many skin care "experts" don't talk about it. And yes, using self tanner that darkens through time does the same thing as your own skin is tanning, while a spray tan is just a color on your skin, which isn't dangerous unless inhaled frequently, so always wear a mask and don't spray tan your face
As much as I want to religiously apply sunscreen on my body, I can't, too expensive...
@pennydelacruz7083 same here. I've heard from professionals that it takes more than most people actually put on for it to work. it seems like more trouble than it's worth for me

My face always breaks out from sunscreen no matter what kind I use and I don’t really feel like I need it because I live in Scandinavia and the UV index is always really low or 0 throughout the year except in summertime of course and I’m also mixed does anyone have any recommendations that don’t make me ashy
Hey! I had this problem and similar thoughts (I live in the North of England and its always cloudy) but even when the uv index is 0-3 you still need spf as the index only measures uvb not uva which is the type that causes aging so definitely still wear spf! My fave to stop breakouts are the Korean ones especially the isntree watery sun gel x
Definitely try biore aqua rich watery essence sunscreen or the anessa sunscreen.
Idk if they have it in Europe but CeraVe Ultra Light Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 is amazing for my combo skin 😍

Kids just need to wash their face with water. Body just use olive oil soap. No perfumed stuff for kids younger than 10 years of age.
Kids love sponges, buy a good natural sponge. They grow in the ocean.
If anything, they could add a drop of cream or milk to the water and wash their face. There is fat in cream and it is just enough for kids skin.
Put on sun products for kids with physical skin protection. You don't need to wait 20 minutes until the sun product works. The physical sun cream makes you look white and so you see where you applied it already.
Make sure kids wear a hat or cap in direct sunlight.

I have very oily skin that can handle just about anything but salicylic acid DRIES ME OUT.
It’a not for everyone! I can sometimes be sensitive to it too. Mandelic acid is a good, gentle alternative.
