@@Star235a You don't have to go under the sun to get UVA, which causes collagen degradation. UVB which is in the direct sunlight causes only pigmentation. But UVA is present always in natural daylight, it's in your room when you open the drapes, under the shade, clowdy days, even under the UV glass, which only filters out the UVB. This is why it's recommended to wear sunscreen at home or close the drapes from 10AM-4PM. There's also the amount of human growth hormone made in body, that makes people look younger. Exactly! I think her sleeping mask is amazing. Fragrance is included but I'd say not much as her other products, and the scent is lightly like coconut. It also contains Aspen Barks (natural BHA) and a bit of Salicylic acid as well, so it is good for oily skin too for clearing your congested pores. Maybe because of that there's some tingling when I applied it but didn't irritate my skin at all. High concentration of Kakadu Plum is also a plus, because it's the highest source of natural vitamin C. Another thing I like is that it really won't stick on to your pillow (she advertises it as 'pillow proof' and really it is). One of my favorite products by her line!

When it comes to gua sha, yes it’s used on the body for scraping and bringing up the “sand”/redness and marks, but for the face it’s used very differently. Traditionally it’s used on your entire head and neck. On the face it’s used to loosen, activate and then soothe. This is to activate the acupressure points on the face and head, which correspond to the organs in our body. This helps with imbalances and tensions that are held in our face due to these imbalances. This tension creates a more aged appearance of the skin and the underlying muscle. Right now it’s trending to use gua sha for very gentle lymphatic drainage, and this is great, but there are so many more benefits that are skipped. Miranda: 'Organic is better' = her line is certified organic Susan: 'Organic doesn't mean better' = her line has emphasis on natural but not certified organic I mean, we wouldn't know what's the actual truth tbh. Miranda would claim organic is better because her brand set that as the strength and Susan would argue that because her brand is not organic. Afterall they both would claim in favor to their line. I can understand why organic maybe better because after all the ingredients didn't go through potentially harmful preservatives, but can also understand why organic isn't necessarily better because products usually have preservatives after all.

Considering how much worse organic farming is for the environment, organic products and food should *not* get that "green" stamp that it so often gets. It's a marketing gimmick.

I can vouch for the fact that Miranda Kerr is FLAWLESS. I met her in person at a meet and greet once and I was stunned by her beauty. She looks like a perfect DOLL. Her skin glows. Her teeth are shiny. She has perfectly sleek hair with ZERO flyaways or frizz. I'm sure she's never had a bad hair day in her life. I will buy and use WHATEVER products she is selling if it can even give me an ounce of her beauty. 😭🤣 I will say I like most KORA products!
Haha! Thank you for confirming. Her perfection is unreal.
The texture of the night mask is literally like semen. There is no other way to describe it.
Just wanted to say, you look beautiful in this video
I’m here fangirling over Susan fangirling over Miranda Kerr 🙃
I love making green juice! When I drink it regularly it helps with gut health and my skin :) I mix celery with cucumber, spinach, and some fruit (usually peaches, apples, or oranges).
I can handle that! It’s pure celery juice that is 🤢
Miranda: 'Organic is better' = her line is certified organic
Susan: 'Organic doesn't mean better' = her line has emphasis on natural but not certified organic
I mean, we wouldn't know what's the actual truth tbh.
Organic and natural means nothing. It’s just a marketing strategy like “dermatologist tested”.
You NEED to use the Theragun! As a personal trainer I can’t tell you how INCREDIBLE that tool is! ALL THOUGH! It has multiple setting. Do start with the lightest setting. As with anything in life too much of a good thing can be damaging
celery carrot and ginger is perfect
I love these videos. Miranda looks amazing but also she has a very specific diet which is also a contributing factor to her appearance and of course genetics!
How does Miranda Kerr still look 20 😩
Susan fangirling over Miranda for 3 minutes straight :D
Omg I had flashbacks/ptsd of that one week when I tried to drink celery juice every morning. So gross!! Ahhh
The irony of Susan giving a disclaimer about Miranda using kora products. Where was this energy for Naturium...
Ahhh~ I love skicare! Hopefully I can try Naturium soon
Susan: “First off. Gross!” 😂😂😂Girl I feel you!
I have used many products from La Mer to Skinceuticsls....Kora Organics are beautiful products. I use the cleanser, moisturizers and oils... the eye oil is amazing... it helps the under eye stay moisturized, not oily and lasts past my 12 hour shift at the hospital. I was really surprised... she did a great job with these!
Miranda is absolutely gorgeous but yaaas that’s what I felt when I saw her put the hydrating mask after the oils😂😁
Ruby Ling I do that too and it actually gives me skin like hers 😊
I always wanted to work for a gossip magazine when I was growing up. I love that you gave us an inside on what you use to do. I really appreciate your feedback on these videos and your knowledge.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's palo santo
You are absolutely right! The sleeping mask is very light and has a gel like texture.
"First of all:gross" 😂😂😂 i used to drink it and got used to the taste i just didn't got used to the mess it made every morning!!!
Her: maybe not palo santo but something else..
Me: candles and true crime podcasts 🙃
DAMN. She starts with 'when the kids go to bed..' I think, wow you look soo young to be a Mama... and the she says she celebrated her 37th birthday... seriously wt* woman, how's that even possible???????????
Reiki Massage is basically an energy healing massage and gets kinda spiritual too (like offering light and everything) idk if it works but it’s relaxing to watch. I watch a lot of ASMR massages and sometimes they do that lol
Hi i do have a question about best ipl home hair removal thanks I really appreciate
Theragun and Hypervolt is AMAAAAZING! best quarantine purchase ever.
I agree with Susan. I have tried all of Kora organic products. And only a few items worked for my skin. I believe Beautiful skin makeup of what you eat, skincare and sleep in a nutshell
I watch your videos whilst I’m doing my skincare actually 🤗
man Susan, what *didn't* you do?
The audacity of leaving the tap on in California of all places
What about face rollers? Are they good?
I've been waiting for this.
I bought the cleanser for dry skin at Marshall's and it really made a quick difference for my skin. My skin barrier was damaged and it was burning no matter what I did and this cleanser after 4 washes my skin was healthy again
“...and chill tf out” 😂😭
The longer I watch Susan, the more she reminds me of Megan Fox😅😆
Considering how much worse organic farming is for the environment, organic products and food should *not* get that "green" stamp that it so often gets. It's a marketing gimmick.
What?
Smoke is a free-radical. How contradicting...
thanks for the information my friend blue appreciates it
Hi Susan! I would like to know what you think of doing your skincare while wearing rings etc? Every time I see it I just think germs. I feel like even if you wash your hands before it wouldn't be enough to remove the bacteria from jewelry. I would like to know how you feel!!
Same! Can't deal
