She has mentioned on IG that she eats meat 1-2 times per month MAX.
Even if most people were vegan 50% of the time, it would immensely help the planet and our minds and souls. Please don't judge people for not being 100%. We don't need perfection, we need some form of commitment. Even if it means only switching from cow's milk to a plant-based alternative. One thing still helps. Reducing your meat intake to once or twice a week, still amazing and helps immensly.

Yeah all the owners and CEOs and big head of this addictive social media doesn’t allow their family to use them. Which tells you actually a lot from the dangers of these tools. I keep saying it should exist a law that prevents young children from being around these devices. It should be treated as alcohol and cigarettes, the same. I can tell cause Ive grown up around socialites and that's what these women mostly are.. So here is how to tell if two people dont really know and like each other (the opposite applies too):
- they dont maintain eye contact, they look away a lot
- their smiles rarely reach their eyes
- they keep talking about themselves and cant talk about a subject without mentioning their personal experiences all the time
- they dont listen to each others answers and dont really build from there
- they keep saying theyre "twinning" lol

In my experience, where I live, this is how most women act because they are afraid of other women.... they very slowly open up. It sucks. In my eyes they actually do like each other but it's hard to take that guard down.
