But at that time that was only a $10 discount per. Now that their price has gone up, it’s more like a $13 difference. And recently they had a Black Friday preview sale of 40% off and these came out to $15 a pop. I’m gonna wait for November 11th to see if they have the same sale again. But that markup is ridiculous if they’re able to sell them at $11 and $15 apiece.
Sure but why should I dig into it if I paid $21 to have a functioning product? I shouldn’t have to work for $21 lip balm to work. The onus is on Tarte to address this issue-it shouldn’t be on the consumer.
Defamation would only hold up if it’s false 100% of the time and I’m making that claim. Even my one instance would be enough but I’ve been told by a lot of people across all my platforms that this happens to them so that’s truly enough for me to win that lawsuit. She's telling people NOT to buy from a company. It's wise to just let the company know what's going on so they can FIX it duhhhh.... Instead she's causing the company monetary loss. Everyone mattress mistakes, things don't work as anticipated.... You don't completely disrupt the companies ability to create revenue Berghaus you're angry. Most of the time these companies will replace at no cost to the CUSTOMER. You're acting like TARTE DID THIS ON PURPOSE WTH..

I just bought an entire set and half of them don’t click up! I wonder if can just dig it out with a lip brush but it’s so frustrating for the price
I found a dupe for these. The Hard candy insta pout lip melt. Sold at Walmart. It has the click mechanism feels the same

This happened to me too, i loves this product so so much so I decided to use a brush to scoop the rest out, this product only lasted me 1 month :(

Defamation?!?!? I have two of these with the exact same issue. She literally SHOWED that the product doesn't work!!!
Mine stopped working with the exact same amount left. And the other is brand new and still does the same thing sometimes
