Not easy. Use your critical thinking skills. Read scientific papers and always ask for evidence. Never trust something just bcoz they happened to be a scientist or doctor or someone from their authority. Always verify before you start trusting it

How an average person could ask questions???, critical thinking and inquisitiveness is not something everyone have. I believe this is were the importance of Lucy channel. Hope you will be able to make more videos more frequently. Even shorter ones would do. Subjects on humans daily needs could be given priority.
