Singapore, One of Asia's most expensive countries and also the country that is said to have the most southern point of continental Asia. This point is located on Sentosa island and we took a cable car in order to get there. Sentosa island is also home to a very popular beach here in Singapore that is actually a man made. It is also home to some history as you can find the pinboxes used in world war 2, to defend Malaysia!
This video is not only to see what the southern most point of continental Asia looks like, but also to go and see a 90 degree coconut tree (Say the 20 times) hahaha! I mean, what tree grows at 90 Degrees.

This southernmost point of continental Asia is not an official record because Singapore is itself an island connected to the continent by man-made bridges. For mainland Asia, the southernmost point is Tanjung Piai, Malaysia. For all of Asia including islands, the southernmost point is Pamana Island, Indonesia.

To clear things up. It is the most southern point of continental Asia because it is linked by bridges to the mainland. The southern most point is linked by a suspension bridge to sentosa, which itself is linked by a road to mainland singapore, which is then linked by the causeway up north to Malaysia. So it is the most southern point.
The other islands “below” sentosa or Indonesia are separate and not linked to the main Asian continent by any bridges or structures, hence they are standalone islands and not “a part “ of continental Asia.

You are right, this can't be the tip of the Asian continent since it's just an island. It should be the mainland of Asian continent which I suppose is in Malaysia. Malaysia is the southern most tip of the Asian continent.

Continental Asia one big land mass. Malaysia link by causeway point to Singapore and Sentosa link by bridge to mainland Sgp and Sentosa link by bridge to most southern continental tip . The rest of the other islands are not linked by any bridges.

Fun fact.. In Sentosa, the tram is free. If you're tired from walking. Yes there's a long tram that is on the road - not the monorail.

Sgd35 includes entrance fee for sentosa, and for safety, its worth for pikachu theme and clean. Try malaysia or Indonesia or india $5. U pay for security and safety, cleaniness in singapore. Singapore cannot do the same like wad u see in india or malaysia, if u wan cheap go there.

If you look at a map of Singapore, the southernmost point of Jurong island is technically more south and is also connected to the mainland via a tiny strip of land
