24.2 😬

  • For 24.2, I came in with a more thorough plan. 😆
    I was to cruise on the rower, deadlift unbroken, and do 10 DU at a time. Right out the gates, I couldn't hear my Coach Adam, who, by the way, was kind enough to reset my rower every time 👍🏽, count my double unders. Between the music, my thoughts, and the noise of other rowers and dropping barbells, there was no way to hear him. Every time I stopped it was like at 9 or 12 reps in.
    By round 3, the deadlifts were getting heavy, and my legs were feeling weaker. I decided to break them into 5s.
    It was those deadlifts that I underestimated. It made the double unders extremely difficult.
    Anyway, considering my physical state, it's a W for me.
    Shout out to my girlfriend for running and fixing the camera after it shut off and fell.
