Death By Burpees
This was during open gym on a Sunday. When I saw this wod posted, I knew couldn't miss it. Burpees and I love and hate each other. I can't remember my last score for this wod, but I came in thinking I would to do 15 round.
It was amazing how fast this wod becomes difficult and how fast it hurts. You can see it in my face as minutes pass by.
Thanks to everyone stopping their lifts, stretches, or whatever you were doing when I got to those 10+ minutes. Also, big high 5 to Johann who actually did this madness right next to me.

This wod wasn't full of movements. However, the two movements that we did were asking high volume. I remember coming into it and thinking it would be a piece of cake. They all get me like that.     Te recomiendo que las hagas primero sin peso tienes que hacer una retraccion escapular y asi podras mejor, sigue asi
