DSJ is a classic case of how coaches can ruin your career. Luka loved him and he should have been kept in Dallas. Then in New York Thibs only plays old guys. In Detroit another old head coach and in Portland Chauncey has an old heads mentality. Hopefully they’ll believe in and give him opportunities to simply be himself in Charlotte.
As a Mavs fan I hope we get him back when he’s a FA. He still has a good relationship with Rick and the players, didn’t burn those bridges like most would have.
