    LYRICS (from RUclips video description):
If I could have held my cheeks a little higher,
Long enough for you to smile.
If I could have held your hand a little tighter,
Maybe you’d have stayed a while.
Would it all be different if i made better decisions
If I picked my words like cherries would you laugh?
If I just asked gravity to work a little harder
Do you think that maybe you could fall in love?
I would save so many tears I’d build a sea.
    We would sail upon forever
Far away from all your fears
To a land where people never go to sleep.
Cause if I could be with you
I would already be living in my dream
If you’d entertain my little explanation
Long enough for me to try.
Try to find an answer hidden in your shadows
Spark a little light inside your eyes.
I could make a potion that would sweeten up the ocean
Maybe I’d spin cotton candy from the clouds?
Why you still so quiet? Nothing good can come of silence
How I wish that you could tell me out loud.
I would save so many tears I’d build a sea
    We would sail upon forever
Far away from all your fears
To a land where people never go to sleep
Cause if I could be with you
I would already be living in a world that I designed
    The day I looked into your eyes;
    You’re all I’ll ever need.
I won’t ever ask, again, for anything.
Cause if I could be with you, I would already be living in my dream.

Looking forward to her album. Started watching TFVM reactions and really enjoy her breakdowns of other peoples music - especially the technical aspects. Then saw a couple of short videos of her singing and thought wow she can do as well as say. Have enjoyed all her covers and these 1st two originals.15 steps, lilac wine and god only knows are worth your time

Her voice is, indeed so engaging. And I like that the song and story are open to interpretation because it draws in the audience.

"Lolli Wren is underrated" is still a huge understatement

Thank you for another great reaction/analysis video. I really appreciate the work and thought you put in to everyone of them.
I agree listening to Lolli is like a reset for your heart rate and your emotions. Whatever you doing or feeling when the song starts gets paused and it's like you can breath.
You are very close on what the song is about but try thinking of it from a young child's perspective and someone leaving and the confusion and not understanding why things are happening.

It is a great song to listen/react to, so thank you so much for the request!
While the "child's perspective" direction may have been Lolli's intent (not something we know about), the lyrics of the song seem to disguise that as a love song. Especially the line "Do you think that maybe you could fall in love?" hints at a requited love type of situation rather than a parent and child. But then again, song lyrics done right, should almost always draw different interpretations from different listeners and Lolli seems to get that right every time. We loved this one!
Thank you again for the awesome request and the ongoing support. We appreciate YOU!

@myindieprodentertainment 100% definitely not wrote to explain a specific scenario. That's a sign of great song writing.

Another beautiful song from Lolli Wren. So far we've had three, all three were very different from each other, but all three were fantastic, and her beautiful voice carries them all. I was thinking Kate Bush just before you said it 😂 Thank you for another great reaction.
Totally unrealated: Just two days until the Scorpions concert... I splurged on VIP tickets with front of stage access. 😁

For those of us that have followed the fairy voice mother over the last couple of years and have seen her been candid about her past life story there is some insight and it seems that this song is about her father, that split with her mother when she was young. At least that's how I see it, could be wrong of course, but it goes deeper than just unresponded romantic love. Regardless, it's an amazing song, better than so much soulless music being just thrown out there these days.
