I have seen a showcase in the Aerounatics discord where they are working on a secondary project, and theroetically it makes the sub air tight. So one day we will be able to live dry underwater. For now, if you don't want to refill your back tank you can build a flat 5 x 5 conduit in your sub.
The old VS on 1.12.2 have the the block, that neutralizes all water affects its look like water does not exist around this block. Help with submarine making.
It's a really impressive project but there should have been more of a mention about how it is physically impossible for you to make an airtight submarine, and you need to make accommodations to make it practical in survival mode, because anybody can create a beautiful looking shit but if you can't use it then there's no other point to it. Like I said before a really good project still really compact, you could make it bigger or smaller. Always wanted to see a Seawolf full sized at least in Minecraft proportions. The fact that we have nuclear mods now would be great to make a nuclear submarine.

You are still underwater, you need to use backtanks
