I looked up the amount of D3 & K2 in your supplement, and if absorbed properly, you shouldn’t have a deficiency in your levels. D3 is fat-soluble, and perhaps with a vegan diet, there’s some malabsorption there. There’s more to the story here.

What do you think of the recent news about fish supplements omegas can be bad for the heart? I’ve always taken fish oil but lately looking for something else since I’ve heard the news.

I take the vegan ones so not really concerned too much. You can try chia seed/ walnuts and getting it from your diet.
I been taking 10,000 UI everyday from British supplements .. great company
Yes they are good. Very expensive though.
