All I can say is wow, you're 100% correct nothing better than a chicken thigh, I watch a lot of cooking videos and I love cooking baking whatever fish is my specialty but, you are right in the top three of my favorite chefs and videos thank you
I made a few changes with the ham, I used prosciutto, parmesan, feta, white onion, bell pepper, shiitake, portobello, button mushrooms, basil paste and this was awesome!!
We use thighs almost exclusively, but I do not eat pork, nor do I have dairy with any meat or poultry. I stuff with mushrooms, onions sun-dried toms and season well. I love the flip method for crisping, so I'll add that the next time!
Honestly- I am not sure if I should be jealous or not, because of those American chickens. I know, that the “supermarket” chickens are chlorinated and in the US you probably have a lot of antibiotics (...) in the animal husbandry - but gosh are these huge. Here in the Middle East a whole leg is not as big as a single thigh in the US. Great video though...
Can’t wait to try….first time I have ever seen you take 4 bites…🤣…it has to be awesome…thank you!
I love chicken thighs!

Chef Ange, you did it again!!!! Thank you for this recipe 😁 now I have my idea for today’s dinner
Enjoy!
thank you so much, I will have to look for more stuffing options.
My pleasure! Make the recipe however you like! This is just one way
I had this idea before I saw your video but you definitely stepped it up with the parsley, garlic and mustards.
Thanks so much!
Wow thank you for preparing a keto version recipe, please continue to do more...blessings.
Just how I like to cook sometimes and then it’s pretty keto-ish. Enjoy!
What a wonderful recipe!!! Thank you very much for explaining everything so well.
Thanks so much! Really tried to slow things down for this episode and share the important details for this wonderful dish!
FINALLY someone who doesn't use measuring spoons. In South Louisiana we hardly use them 😂
Nobody who can really cook measures anything!

Nothing beats the crispiness! So worth the extra flips! Enjoy!
Beautiful recipe....looks like an expensive cordon blue....got to make these..thanks Chef❤❤❤
Thank you! This one is Super easy on the wallet!
a four-bite taste test! 😆 I'm sold, it _must_ be that good!!
After the cameras went off, we ate all of them!
Excellent
Thank you!
i LOVE this recipe! Cant wait to try! What would you do differently if the thighs were skinless?
Not much, they just won’t get very crispy but would totally work. Maybe a bit less cooking time too.
Looks so good. I agree, not good when the gloves get all slippery. Except out of the kitchen...
Very true!
Excellent. A grand SLAM RECIPE and instructions. RustyIronMike

How about a recipe for zucchini and squash in the oven? My hubby is tired of my olive oil, garlic/ Parmesan/ Italian seasoning dish. 😣
Great summer veggies!
Sitting here at 8pm after dinner watching this I feel like I have to run out into shop to buy it and cook a midnight dinner 😋🤤
Not a bad idea if you're making this!
could u give a me recipe with methods of how you would deep fat fry?
Just toss it in the fryer I guess. 🤷🏻♂️
your have the same knife skills i have
I’m cool with that. I hope my grammar is better than yours.
Double loop the last knot, helps even when slippery when making the final knot. Def have to try this, Chef.
Thanks so much! 🙏
What can we substitute the ham for?
Any other deli style slice meat would work well. Prosciutto, salami, etc…Or just leave it out if ham isn’t your thing.
What sauce can we serve this chicken with
🤷🏻♂️ doesn’t really need a sauce but I guess a gravy made with chicken or turkey stock would be good.
Can I use toothpicks instead of twine?
Sure as long as it holds and doesn’t come apart as your flipping. Twine just holds better than the toothpick.

Great video though...
We do have giant chickens. Lol! Thank you Dominik!
"stuffing process" throwback to carlin
Was it a old Carlin bit?
Think the piece is called "airport announcements"
I have no idea what you guys are talking about, but cool
Oh, you bastard! You have chicken and pork and cheese, and all I have in my cupboard is canned pinto beans. Thanks a lot! (best wishes)
Get yourself some chicken thighs after you eat up those beans!
A chef who has never heard of eating with their mouth closed. Sheesh.
So you’re saying I can’t come over for dinner? 🤷🏻♂️
Do you have to tie it?
You prob could just stick a few toothpicks instead but the tie helps hold everything in best.
Could you eat any louder? You’re killing me! 😂
I’ve learned how to adjust the microphones since then! Thanks for putting up with my audio ignorance!
You l’épave too much flash stuck to the bone !! But i Thank you use the bones for a sauce or a chicken soup for example 😅😊😂
