Chris this is so pretty. Your ribbon pours are always so gorgeous.
Thanks so much Carolyn! 😘
Ring, ribbon and drips!!! 🤣😂🤣I was having a spill-y kind of day today.....sigh. Turned out lovely Chris!
Thanks so much, Mairi! I hope your spill-y days are behind you! 😘
Chris, I am so in love with this technique. When I first heard the term ribbon pour, this is what I envisioned. No one else has come close to this and I thought I was wrong. This is gorgeous. I really like the light and dark ribbon you created. The whole painting is so beautiful.
Thank you very much...it's one of my favorite techniques! I appreciate your kind words. ❤️
Schönes Bild! 😍 Ich mag, wie Du die Farben zusammen gestellt hast. Tolle Technik! Die werde ich auch mal ausprobieren. Vielen Dank für die Inspiration 🦋
I am just learning about pouring. I love how the ribbons are made using your recipe. Thank you. You are such an inspiration.

Beautiful colors Chris!!! Gorgeous painting!! I do love you rings and ribbons pours especially on round canvases!!
Thanks! A round canvas is indeed fun to pour on! I don't find they sell well, though...hmmmm.
@@ChrisJeszeck really, that is odd.
You have a good one, though!
Learned so much from watching you create this beauty! Thanks.

Ohhh! I was getting so nervous as you were describing what I mentioned last time. And then you said my name. Aww. I'm glad you are deciding to go for what you know you'll love (yes that is a lot of paint! To experiment with!) And I look forward to seeing you play and compare in the future. Much love 💗💙💚 (now to finish the video 😉)
I look forward to exploring on two smaller surfaces! Thank you for the suggestion, Amanda! 😘😊❤️
I love watching your videos. Your voice is beautiful and so easy for listening. But the real reason I love your work for instruction is that you explain your thinking and your decisions. Today's art piece is absolutely fantastic.
I appreciate your kind feedback Margaret...thanks so much! 😊

@@ChrisJeszeck they truly are hunny. I love watching. U are giving me some good ideas! I just wish I could show ppl them on the tube vids but, I cannot.. I love pouring all kinds of different techniques! I love painting!
I definitely want to give this a try.
Please do Wendi, and let me know how it goes! 😘
Chris, I don't care if you did drip, you're still the ribbon queen. Also want to tell you that I won some Prizm Pour in that last contest under you!!! I was so excited when I got the call from Leslie. :o)
Thank you Billie, and congratulations! I remember announcing your name on a video for the contest...can't recall which one, though! Enjoy the paints!
Another beauty... love the dark in those ribbons... really makes it pop❤️
Thanks Lori! So fun to do! 😘
Stunning!
Thanks Linda!
Beautiful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you Judy!
I love these paintings of yours. Even tried it myself 😂. Won't tell you how long I stood there laughing at myself 😂🤣. If I'm not mistaken, I do believe Brad Kasten pours from the opposite side as well.
Graceful I am not, 😂
Lol...thank you Donna! Imagine you are conducting an orchestra and mimic those types of movements.
Love, love, love it!
Thanks so much! 😘
Wow love it !!
Thank you Linda!
I love it! Your color choices are always so amazing. Love everything about it. And I can totally see you (and all the people!) Wearing this as a stunning dress or shirt one day! 😍😍
Thank you my dear! 😘
What's the alternative to minwax polycrylic because I can't get it where I am
Beautiful! Love the colours and composition! ❤️
Thanks so much Jack!
Absolutely beautiful! I really love the colours you chose x
Thanks so much Sheryl! 😘
I would think that pouring on the same side that you loaded on would function the same as the base coat or the pillow allowing the paint to flow more smoothly than pouring on the "dry " side.
Perhaps, but I doubt the smooth plastic side of the cup creates much friction. I will experiment on two canvasses in a future video. Thanks for watching. 😘
It's gorgeous! I love those colors! I think you did a video a while back where you poured one cup on the clean side and one on the messy side. They were different but I don't remember the messy side being muddy.
Thanks Jane...I don't recall. so I'll do it again and see what happens! 😘
I love these ones!! I'm gonna have to give it a try.. i tried a ribbon pour once and it didn't work out.. any tips? What should consistency b like?
Kind of on the thick side...try my recipe! 😘
I just subscribed gorgeous can this be done with water only
You can acrylic pour with water only as a medium, but you can't get this effect without a medium such as a glue to bind the pigments. I always put details in the description box. Welcome to my channel!
@@ChrisJeszeck thank you 😊
what size canvas used and how much paint in each container
It was a 16 inch canvas with 3.5 ounces of paint in each cup. Thanks for watching!
Too many ribbons. Base with a couple ribbons nice.
LOL...to each his own, I guess! It sold right away! Thank you for watching!
