@@rodwells8577cuz dray doesnt deserve it. all he can do is defend and pass. thats it. he cant win unless its with curry and klay out on the floor. the 2 years klay was injured, the warriors sucked with curry and draymond. then it was just draymond out there for a time and it was laughable. klay also sells way more merch. no one in the bay is wearing draymonds jersey. draymond is also the reason the warriors lost KD and lost poole who was actually a young good player on the warriors.

Mismanaged? They did EVERYTHING for klay. They gave him a 190M 5 yr deal, where he missed 2 and a half season, still get paid FULL, tried him in different rotation when he plays bad. It is not the organisations fault he can’t play at the level he used to be.
Him leaving is a win for the both the warriors and Klay.

I'm usually on the player's side when it comes to this but not this time. The Warriors helped Klay when he needed the most. They gave him a huge contract when they didn't even know if he'd come back. That was the kind of respect a player like Klay deserved, for everything he did for the franchise. He then refused a 2-year $48M contract, which would've been huge for him. He now had to settle for a 3-year $50M with the Mavs. That shows how much respect the Warriors had for him. He just can't understand at some point teams also need to move on. There's just so much a team can do out of respect. If it was truly disrespect, he'd have gotten a better contract out there. He just isn't worth more than that right now.

While he was recuperating the two years, didn’t the Dubs pay him the big money he was earning? That’s not mistreatment. And he’s not getting Draymond money from free agent market. If Klay felt the Dubs were overpaying Draymond And he should be treated the same way, he felt mistreated and therefore left. That was his right. But the Dubs didn’t disrespect him. The Dubs didn’t offer him less than offering Draymond to disrespect him.
