Oh, thanks Stephen! Yes, it had been too long since we last rolled the dice on Dredd! I’d hoped to make more narrative-driven reports for Dredd so they looked like the comic, but in the end I realised that I just don’t have the time to do those and live play Dredd videos are better than no Dredd videos at all. Famous last words but the plan is to have one live play Dredd or Strontium Dog report each month, so fingers crossed I can deliver on that! I hope you enjoyed the report!!~ Gordon
Damn that Boing :)..... Great video gents many thanks . Great to see you back , best wishes from South of the Border !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha, yes, I liked that the cards were so prominent in this one! For me, they are one of the best aspects of the system that not only link the game closely to the source material but make games unpredictable and add even more fun to proceedings! Cheers for taking the time to watch and comment - and I do plan on showing both the Dredd and Strontium Dog games a lot more love in the coming weeks and months! Thanks again, and all the best from north of the border! ~ Gordon
Cheers! The music is by Ashes of Angels and it’s one of the band members that painted all of my Dredd miniatures, so he’s made a made a huge contribution to this video! ~ Gordon
Oh, cheers! Yes, there’s a mix of stuff there, some of the hab units that Warlord sell, some Acid House Terrain and my own painted boxes for the block backdrop. Thanks for watching! More is on the way! ~ Gordon
Oh, thank you! One of my good friends designed the logo and my nephew made the tray for me! It’s now become one of my most prized possessions! Cheers for tuning into so many of our videos and commenting so frequently! It does not go unnoticed and it’s *always* appreciated! ~ Gordon
Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed this one! I love the unpredictability of the game which is so appropriate to crazy world of Mega-City One! Many thanks for watching and commenting, it’s very much appreciated! ~ Gordon
Great game, nice to see JD games again. Haven't played in ages as well. Live game format is the best. That boing card is so powerful, a punk can take down Judge Dredd himself!
Oh, cheers Nico! Yeah, it's been too long but hopefully this is just the beginning for some regular Judge Dredd and Strontium Dog reports. I had missed playing it! I'm glad you enjoy the format! I had asked people on one of the Facebook 2000AD groups about the format and narrative reports were overwhelmingly their preference and I had intended delivering that. However, they are so much work that I realised that live play reports are the only way that I can deliver Judge Dredd content on a regular basis and that would be better for fans overall than one or two a year. Yeah, the Big Boing is crazy powerful - but did you agree with our assessment of how it worked? ~ Gordon

Thanks, that’s very kind and much appreciated! The bystanders are railway figures (N gauge from memory), some of which have green stuff kneepads and elbow pads for that extra MC-1 vibe. Other than that, they don’t have a lot of extra detail but I think that (hopefully) makes them visually distinct from the actual models battling it out in the scenario. More Dredd is on the way, but if you are looking for more and haven’t already spotted it, we have an archive of reports relating mostly to Warlord’s Judge Dredd and Strontium Dog games, but also a few other 2000AD-related games which you can find here:- ruclips.net/p/PL7HY0TcaE58nNs85kDf3n_hm5IQSl48WI&si=fWaYiuDdpLvo5nlq Thanks again for watching and commenting as it’s greatly appreciated! ~ Gordon

I voted for live play! People's reactions, the dice rolls, that's what i want :)
@@nicopwg Ah, cheers! Even though we avoid appearing on camera, I hope our reactions still come across in what you hear!
@@LifeofDie they do, and I don't care if people are on camera, if they shave and dress nice.

Great battle report, looking forward to more! What are those bystander miniatures you are using?
