That Lori at the end played wildly different than the other players. You turn a corner, she's already running. She takes you to the house and you try a mind game, she made the perfect decision through the walls. At the end of the match she managed to have the sense to turn corner despite a huge ass wall blocking vision in 3rd person camera, despite the double back that you played. It's possible she's really, REALLY good.
But I'd be checking her profile.
That's the trouble with cheaters. You catch one for-sure sneaky cheater, and then you start seeing false positives everywhere.
Not saying that player isn't a cheater, just that it's a slippery slope mindset for killers.
I'd say everything except the wall is doable, but everything together is just too low % happening

@@ty8527 agree, but the rest is 'technically' doable and I have seen it pulled off by very good players multiple times. Just the blind through a wall with no information is simply not realistic at all
It's quite useful cause it's a little disorienting whenever you teleport as Freddy. Glad the devs added it!

As someone who has played a decent amount of Freddy the projection never gets less disorienting it always takes a few seconds to realize which way you’re facing
He needs a faster projection cooldown, killer instinct basekit, add-ons can increase the killer instinct range, and I think he should not show up to survivors outside his terror radius if they are in the dreamworld, with add-ons that can add this to the normal world too.

@@patientzero8130 It's the same on Sadako. I always come out my TV's and BHVR have them facing the dumbest directions like Freddy appearing on the dumbest position on the gen.
Honestly, I think that Freddy is in a position that because not a lot of people play as him, a lot of survivors dunno how to counter him
Mostly because if you don't know what the dream world does you wanna get out of it. The day one realises that the dream world doesn't do basically anything then freddy becomes a joke

That's not true tho, 'cause you understand how Freddy works the moment you face him, the dream world does nothing, he can tp to gen very slowly and can either slow you down or create fake pallets, there's literally nothing strange to counter

Get off gen when someone gets hooked or chase drops. He’s actually strong because of teleport.
That Lori was as sus as they come without being too blatant. I don't usually record my games, but here I would have, and I would have sent a report to BHVR with some video clips to check this just in case. The amount of subtle hackers in this game is absolutely crazy and I myself have had like 30 or 40 instances already where I got some feedback from the devs that some "action" has been taken. It's like some kind of epidemic, made worse by the fact that BHVR makes everything cheaters can do a perk or item and therefore almost indistinguishable from a really good player when those nubs play their cheats right.
Honestly wished Freddy got some kind of buff,
What if freddy had the option to switch between dream pallets and blood pools
Basically both have separate numbers and how many can be place
Because lets be honest the moment you see blood pool freddy, all you see is the shit version of clown in history, oh look a little pool let me just go around it and know that the pallet is completely real and Freddy gets stunned, just freddy having both abilities will really help him in the chase mind games
I’ve always wondered why bhvr hasn’t done this yet.
I think it’s concern over how lethal dream pallets are to lower level players. Freddy’s kill rate is still super inflated (and generally only very skilled m1 players are going to play him in high level lobbies).
The blood pools through walls (bug?) was a huge deal buff too. Hopefully it’s still around
I think treating him exactly like Clown is the way to go. Put the snares and dream pallets on a shared counter and let players freely switch as they go.
honestly i feel like they have to be working on a full power rework or something, because more than anything else the weirdest thing about freddy is how many garbage useless addons he has. the z block finally got changed to something decent but look at nearly every addon besides it and the red paintbrush. theyre all so awful.

That Laurie in your last game was extremely sus. No key/aura reading yet she moved as though she knew exactly where you were at every tile.
Checkspots. High hour team with good comms. 3man minimum. If he played the rock mindgame he’d have reached laurie before Nancy was told to come in for hit. If he had pools, that tile would’ve been playable. But the checkspots against m1 freddy are too good on that tile.
Spooky’s the best freddy player I’ve ever watched, but high pressure games get to everyone. Well played, but plenty of slip ups on both sides
@@Grippod I'm fully aware of checkspots, but if you look when she's looping the small tile around 20:15 or so while he's looping around that tile, she's reacting to his movements before she can even see him even while he's hiding his red stain. You could be right, but she was looping around a pretty unsafe pallet with full confidence she was never getting hit, almost mirroring his movements. The other survivors in that game were quite skilled as well but that Laurie's behavior is definitely suspicious.
@@faux3250 why would I hold w around that loop. I’m holding check spots and I’m ready to double back, 50/50’s I’m always ready to turn around for a mind game. I quickly turn back when I see he’s sight, I’m not fully leaving the edge

@@mrc.m2985 Were you the Laurie in the clip? If so, I just gave one example that you're using wallhacks but there are several more, like how in most of your chases you aren't actually looking behind you/where the checkspot is but instead you're looking at the rocks/walls. This is also my theory as to why you were t-bagging since the only reason you went down both times was because of Coup and you were frustrated. If you were playing legitimately then well-played but I find that highly unlikely.
This idea to show off a minor change people might have overlooked is a good idea. As much it isn’t fun malding over a game I find including the last game to be pivotal in truly showing most aspects that could happen with testing stuff out and makes it more relatable. I watched these on stream and again on RUclips bc it’s well done. Great job spooky
Tough games are some of the most entertaining. This last game had SO many ups and downs impacting what could’ve happened.
Honestly, if Spooky didn’t mention he lost the streak, I would’ve never been able to predict the ending

That last game was a tough one and the team of survivors were good but that Laurie felt like she had walls. I wont say she was cheating but some of those spots for checks look sketchy. I feel like she was sus and had WAY MORE info than she should have. I find it funny that they are in the comments trying to make claims on check points for killer that did not match with visuals in chase.
What info did I have? Most of my chases were in gazebos lol
This is what always makes me suspicious. They play bad, have bad pathing, waste dh and health states, dont know how to hold check spots, but somehow also play every 50/50 perfectly.
Dead by Daylight has such a problem with consistency that it makes it hard to know if someone is being legit or they're just subtlety cheating. There was no hesitation with that Laurie you were chasing in that last game, every loop she moved with every confidence that she knew you weren't going to get her. The only time you ever got her down was out in the open or at windows with Coup. Was she cheating or a god at the game? I don't fucking know and I hate that.
I agree with you. Most of my matches I am sus about most killers I play because I play in such a high mmr. But weather they cheat or not it doesn’t matter because having comms and good teams is super strong. I am the Laurie btw

I applaud you for keeping your cool in the last game for so long to at least get a one K and keep fighting until the very end. To be honest, I think after the first flash light save I would’ve just gave up. That’s a rough game to lose on when they were playing so seriously, but your gameplay with Freddy was incredible. Fantastic work.
loosing every 50/50 feels very wrong, like going against a cheater, it happens now and then and you don't know if its because of cheats, luck or key
My boy Freddy finally got something, now all he needs is a full on buff and some voice lines/his other version as a cosmetic.
As a Nintendo Switch P100 Freddy Krueger Main, I absolutely LOVE this Add-On Change. I have been using the Z-Block Add-on since 7.6.0 came out! Thanks for getting this Video out so people can see how cool this add-on is! Btw, I recommend Save The Best For Last, Surge, Barbecue and Chilli, and Pop Goes The Weasel with Red Paint Brush and Z-Block as a Freddy Build to try out, it has really helped me out winning games!

I've always REALLY liked the idea of Freddy having both his Snares and DP's cause I think it would offer more viability of actually putting people into the DR, plus imagine your going into a Snare with a pallet only for it to be a Dream Pallet and you can't move, LMAO.
I think it would be super fun and make him a LOT more viable with a Clown-like ability with his bottles.
Definitely feel like STBFL would have been the best option over devour that and the styptic would already put you at 2 stacks making it easy to catch up some and get the 3rd.

I felt like hex devour hope offered you very little value in the games you showcased and would be better swapped for another perk.

I had this block one because I ran out of the other add-ons and I didn’t see the changes made to Freddy. So I thought that the killer instinct change was base kit when teleporting
Dude, u teleporting from gen to gen to make sure they don't finish them and keeping the game in control, u were going buck wild with Freddy man. U definitely would've had them beat in the last match, gotta give u some kudos for that like no joke. Love your dbd content btw, keep up the great work on your channel!
That last game was tough even though three escaped you managed to get everyone on death hook state which is really good still! Great gameplay & great usage of your perks on Freddy. Fun seeing these killers get played even when the sight of them in-game are low.
This little win streak on Freddy was amazing to watch live I had to see what the RUclips video would be, and I am not disappointed. Love your content as always and I can’t wait to see another stream!

I literally just bought Freddy and locked onto these in the bloodweb bringing him to prestige 1. Grabbed as many as I could after reading its description. Unfortunately I went for my adept my first match and everyone died on first hook so, good for the adept but was a really disappointing first match.
There was an afk Feng at the start, just left her alone. Got a down in the first minute and left, no one saved her, got a second down, no one saved him, third down and all that was left was the afk Feng. Took about 4 minutes start to finish.
New Z-block is nice and I think every addon should strive to be more unique even if it’s niche or unimpactful. I’d take this addon over hemorrhaging addon number 69 anyday

just wanted to let you know a fun fact about freddy
he is the only killer to have something that causes blindness for 90 seconds
and if you run mindbreaker with it
it pauses the timer
if you also run things that cause exhaustion for a while, mindbreaker pauses those too
I ran this build for a while and I had many endgame chats that the survivors were not happy with

High hour check spot playstyle. Judging on the team’s playstyle & builds in endgame, you can tell Laurie and Nancy are playing together. Minimum 3 stack w good comms. I have no idea how to play Freddy in this kind of high pressure game, and without a doubt, spooky is a phenomenal Freddy. But, their gen pressure builds & pressure of losing his streak got to him. He won a TON of low ping greed on the laurie, but those fb,fl resets and body blocks were killer for m1 freddy. Freddy needed more to his kit for pallet play here. Blood pools through the wall I think are still around, so that or a better read would’ve saved him in key moments like the Nancy laurie double down.
Extremely well-played even with various slip ups from both sides
The laurie and their teammate have been copy and pasting their responses to a lot of people comments about it stating they were not cheating. But even with the details they provided it still did not match and I still find sus
@eli7sins537 they can copy paste whatever they want. But there were times she doubled back with a wall between them and times where she just kept running straight. When someone with as many hours as spooky says "it feels like playing against a bot" that tells you they're walling. Players do NOT win every single 50/50 that many times in a row. High level players hold check spots but you can't react until you see something. So a moon walking Freddy behind a wall does not fill that requirement.
They're trying really hard to defend someone who doubled back on a moonwalking Freddy from the opposite side of a solid wall

That'd actually be a amazing combo place a fake pallet swap place a bloodpool go to the next nearby fake pallet spawn place the trap in front of the fake pallet an just enjoy chasing them through a Quad trap

It happens more and more where surv on some tiles having 0 fov can't even see red light, win the 50/50 like everytime which is dodgy, I want to believe it's just top MMR survs being too good instead of having more and more wall hacks like in other shooting games, which can be sad as in DBD subtle hacks can basically ruin the game especially for killer completely, cuz organized surv team can outplay a wall hack killer in some way, but not for most killers to do the same way, it would be just pathetic. Killer mains need more love and attention from dev tbh.

Fun fact. Dream state causes the oblivious state. So if survivors are in dream state, perks like Borrowed Time wont work.
This is why survivors to bum rush as soon as hooks a made.

Yo spooky, just played a game with Wraith for a daily ritual. Had an add-on that made 40% breakables faster, paired with brutal strength I was DELETING pallets. Slap superior anatomy and I'm walking thru vaults too. Made bing bong actually fun. You should try!!

If this reworked add-on for freddy is so far the best add-on, I think (in the future) they should have a massive add-on rework on freddy and maybe a little change on his power
you kept the game going alotlonger at the end there than most of us would have. you played well, just got stuck in a crap spot with those gens at the end

Honestly I would say you could have maybe gotten something at the end. If you just went for that lunge earlier near the end they would have not gotten the amount of time necessary to pick up the Stupid T-bagging Laurie.
I would say maybe a 4K or 3K come back if they are super focused on getting anyone out and in hindsight they didn't have unbreakable so it is possible

I feel like Freddy should have snares and pallets as basekit. They share tokens so you cant have a huge amount of both, and you can press control to switch between them like with the clown's bottles, maybe your power icon changes depending on which you currently are using. Freddy is already one of the worst killers in the game and I feel like this would be a fun lil buff for him that

The 7th game is like what 90% of all my matches is like. Gen rushers and people who actually know how to loop. You throw in a map with tons of pallets and might as well just afk and let them leave.....but wait they wont do that. They want to sit in a match for 25 fucking mins when you stop trying.
that´s why if I use devour or another strong Hex is with an entire Hex Build. I rather choose No way Out, since they destroyed your Devour really soon and with the same effort you could have more hooks, nice game
Never would have expected to see Freddy get ANY kind of attention in the Year of Our Lord 2024, let alone a buffed addon. Now if he could only get any kinds of cosmetics like other killers.
Zblock with Dragons Grip would be strong no? Also flash saves made you lose the last match maybe run Lightborn over Devour.

I was playing freddy this past few games and honestly hes not that bad, my build by the way is Corrupt intervention, Save the best for last, Rapid brutality and either barbeque or lightborn.
Try him swing chains/z block surveillance/pop/bbq/and what what ever you want for 4th. I prefer whispers.
STBFL with rapid brutality is a combo i never thought of. i must try it. I run corrupt, pain res, dead mans switch and bbq. its revolved around dead mans switch but freddy sucks in chase so i just avoid him overall.
Hopefully Freddy gets more attention,this is potentially a hint.

Can Freddy Krueger transform as a Quentin imposter in the basement? The reason why I'm asking is because I was playing against a Freddy Krueger player and as I was about to save a Quentin in the basement, another Quentin showed up and had Freddy Krueger's glove on and ambushed me.

This kinda shows the problem this game has: You had so many hits, you were clearly the better player. But survivors have so many perks that reward bad play ("Click E to not get hit", "Be faster when doing a bad vault near the killer", etc) that by badly playing, they handed your behind to you.
That is not how asymetrical games should work. DbD is not about hiding and avoiding to make the more powerful, smaller party even more powerful - it is about four equally as strong characters as the killer is doing something. Leading to the weird situation that survivors have the time to teabag you right in front of you. Killers aren't scary, they just have a weapon, but are otherwise as strong as anyone else, maybe even weaker.
Other asymetrical games do that MUCH better, while still maintaining a fair game with chances for both teams. If you teabag someone in Texas Chainsaw Massaccre - you are dead. because Killers in that game are scary mofos, not lame people that get a heart attack when then need to climb out of a window.
Honestly, especially considering Xenomorph gets Killer Instinct around Control Stations after exiting them, basekit, and still isn't considered an overpowered Killer by sane people, I feel like Z-Block's effect, even combined with allowing Freddy to TP to completed generators, would not be overpowered, and might drag him out of bottom tier. Maybe change Z-Block to allow Killer Instinct while channeling TP, in addition to adding basekit Killer Instinct following a TP, to give a Z-Block Freddy a powerful information build.
i just wanna say that i didn’t even think ppl was thinking she was cheating .. i really thought that she was just getting lucky with her guesses .. taking an educated guess & probably have themselves a few options based on what they was going off of. she could have been really good at playing .. there’s plenty of youtubers & etc who are just good at the game.. not everyone who’s actually good at the game cheats
the only reason they did this with a add on so no one can say Freddy has never got a buff good job devs that is a way to side step a killer that really needs changing but they never will
