Generally we fly for free so giving up an upgrade seat if someone asks is something most are willing to do since we are happy to just have a seat!

Catching up on your videos once more. Even though the game was a losing one, you and Anna having fun on your trip to the Philippines was the big payday there! Also feel ya on the lack of legroom thing. 6'2" and basically leave each flight with numb legs. More the reason why I prefer bus travel but the Philippines isn't exactly close to me like Atlantic City is. 😅

Retired on the island of Cebu, we're getting the crazy rain from a typhoon going through Luzon 500 miles away. And being originally from San Francisco Bay Area and Las Vegas, typhoons ain't earthquakes! Typhoons scary! 😂

I always go up to the counter prior to boarding, stand up a tall as you can, make yourself look bigger than you really are, look really distressed, and ask very innocently if they would let you have an exit row seat because of how uncomfortable it is being your height. I get one about 50% of the time. I swear delta actually has me in their system now because I've asked so often, and they ALWAYS give me an exit row seat without ever asking.

My wife and I fly from LAX - Manila yearly. Here's my strategy. I'm 6'2" and want that exit row seat as well. So I'm booking a Philippines Airline flight that does not have Premium Economy (it will have 1st Class, Business, and then Economy). Then I can snag Exit Row seats for $100 (my cost this past February), Love seeing your images from Bohol - did a LOT of those same things on our last trip there. So many more places to get to - Palawan, Boracay, Bagiuo, Siquihor, etc, etc, etc. Great stuff!
Played in Okada. They tend to play bigger and splashier at night. Had big winning sessions there. Next time, try Resorts World in Newport. Heading there in Nov.
