The people that sent me a denied application as a petitioner for relative placed a new low..they required a legal form of proof of marriage due to the fact that the one sent with my file was considered a Souvenir ..simply bcause we got married in Las Vegas Nevada..oh well..already petition to have case restored due to bogus judgment..peace.
Thank you so much for this. After doing this I found out that They said that I overstayed by more than 180 days (grey period, excusable period) in 2022 and that’s why it’s denied but I only stayed for 115 days while filing for a work authorization card which was approved so it shouldn’t be counted as illegal as it was still during the grace period.

@@Estermvula2 Yeah they filed motion to reopen and reconsider and then refilled the whole document. So far so good I’d gotten a receipt for everything, they reused my fingerprints from the previous filling and now everything is under active reviewed.

our case was denied because they did not approve my wife's DOB certificate, I filed I-290 and submitted with Translation from professional, How long it's going to take, they received it Dec18, 2023. A copy of the applicant's long-form birth certificate or other primary birth record issued by the appropriate civil authority or acceptable secondary evidence of the applicant's birth and an original written statement on government letterhead stating the reason that the applicant's birth record does not exist. Any foreign language documents must be accompanied by a complete English translation. You have not established that you are eligible for adjustment under INA 245. Therefore, USCIS must deny your Form I-485. See 8 CFR, sections 103.2(b)(11) and (12).

So true, they denied mine because I got a RFE for a non translated marriage certificate, but since I already sent in the translated marriage certificate, I got denied because I didn't send in another translated marriage certificate with the mistranslated marriage certificate
Hello Jim yeah I got denied on my cr1 for bogus reasons but I got approved for my step-son Cr2 somebody said I should reapply some say do both of them from the beginning and some say I should appeal this I'm not sure what to do any ideas would be helpful thank you God bless
My mother received a denial of i 130 petition for unmarried son over 21,In the mail they stated that my mother didn’t send the original birth certificate of me , and the only option for appealing is BIA as written in the denial letter, my question is : can she still appeal for motion to reopen by USCIS? USCIS is an agency under the Department of Homeland Security, which is ran by the Trump administration. They do not want to give anyone citizenship because the Trump administration hates immigrants.
@@HackingImmigrationLawLLC ironically my wife’s case was denied under the Biden admin because of uscis stupidity. We will take them to court and win, but what you are spewing in this comment has little to do with trump. Case went smoothly up until this point only
