  • We made healthy oatmeal dinner
    Instructions
    1. Boil 1-2 cubs Oats in water for 3 minutes
    2. Fry 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, Chana daal and some garlic cloves in olive oil.
    3. Add 1spoon turmeric, 1spoon masala powder, sprinkle asafoetida to 2
    4. Once 1 is done, add fresh whole milk yogurt 3- 4 spoons or to taste.
    5. Add salt to taste
    6. Add Coriander paste, Thai curry sauce to taste
    7. Add 2 to the mixture
    8. Yummy oatmeal dinner ready to be served
