@@FutureMusicMediaLAB i mean poe in itself is useful no need for power cables but in this case yes it is really useful if you plan on putting the camera in a static position. Also ndi (if your using that) is better over ethernet than it is over wireless,…..so win win
I'm trying to set the obsbot on my Sony Bravia TV with the zoom app. My intention is to have my home studio at the receiving end of a zoom call I'm making remotely from another state. the zoom app is not recognizing this device. I'm plugging in to the TV with the HDMI cable because the TV says the USB plug-in draws too much power juice. Is this even possible?
It is possible to have the obsbot output to hdmi but im not sure about using the sony bravia part,…..i can test it out on a 75inch lg or samsung tv to check
Thanks for stopping by the channel,…..youll have to probably use the obsbot start app again to configure and then update the firmware,….and then youll ba able to see them both in obsbot studio
Yes. It wasn't obvious how to get back to the first screen again, so you can swipe right and put configure and update the firmware. In case anyone else reading this is using an iPhone. You close the app (you may need to look up how to close an app, since we never do that!) then reopen. The initial screen will pop up. @@G.E.T
Was there about the same delay or significant more delay over wifi? I'm connecting to OBS via the virtual webcam and the delay is too much for me so before I drop $100 on the wired setup I want to try wireless
@AlphaTube i really didnt see that much of a difference between wifi and ethernet,……i mean the eithernet cable is 10/100 anyway wifi might be a bit faster depending on your router and network setup

Hey man I have a question, I have the rode caster duo I wanna know if it’s possible to have PS5 & PC audio simultaneously. It just has to be wireless the upcoming a50x looks promising. It’s just not out yet. Please help 😃
@@Zephrii_o ok so yes you can do ps5 & pc audio at the same time it take a DAC and /or remote play to get it to work without distortion,...........your second question is no the a50x is not out yet,........I have them pre-ordered and will be looking into them when the ship after the first of the year,......so they are not out to everyone yet,......the hdmi audio on the back of them is different,.....we will see how different they are from the a50s that were a great headset that I still have - hope that helps

Is there a way to turn off the tracking feature completely? Just turning off gesture controls didn't work for me, it was still tracking.
Yes actually if you have the app on your pc you should be able to turn off gestures and face tracking both

Do you have extra lights infront of you? or the low light performance is sooo amazing?!?
No extra light it just have a bigger sensor than most cameras
Awesome video. I have one obsbot tailair set up and want to use the cellular app to get a second one set up. Can’t figure out how to do that.

Question: did you do NDI with the ethernet cable or over wifi?
Both,….but ethernet youll need the ethernet cable for the obsbot

The rode caster duo doesn’t support audio VIA usb-c

To sum up everything I just wanna have 1 headset for PS5 & PC, While maintaining 4k120 & hdmi 2.1
