I don't think koreaboo means just to like Korean culture or K-pop, it more means like the obsessive version of that. Like if you saw a Korean person in the street and instantly wee obsessed with them just because they were Korean, or if you were like Oli London and got surgery to look Korean, or use yellow faced makeup or something, or just in a normal English conversation use Korean words randomly cos you think it's cool or use aegyo when you're not Korean, or call ppl oppa? That's a koreaboo lol, someone so obsessive it's almost racist, just in a different way. You can be interested in the culture or be a K-pop Stan without being a koreaboo
