  • Sadhana is a series of videos featuring Odissi Dance exercises which is published on weekly basis.
    The exercises shown in the videos are basic stepping stones of any Odissi Dance to start her daily regime. It helps with flexing the muscles, stretching as well as relaxing them and make the body of a dancer ready for the dance routine.
