I would personally also highly recommend getting your replayed analyzed by a coach or a higher leveled player than yourself. When you're trying to review them yourself, what sometimes happens when you're feeling stuck is, that you're blindsighted towards the mistakes you're doing. Getting another set of eyes onto your gameplay just ones or twice, will make you realize so much about your mistakes. It will also help for your own analysis when you know what to exactly look for. This especially applies to gc+ from my own experience.
I never thought to use disable cross plat for gameplay reasons. I used to do that back in the day to find people with good items in game for trading purposes, back before cross plat trading.
@@bastiaan531 no cross platform in other words, he plays only with fellow console players. that means that he doesnt play with pc guys in Yota's video with him he lost to all 3 players (low ssl, mid-high ssl and pro). So actually he is like a solid gc3 1s player. his videos are clickbait

I've been playing RL now for 3 years. I've basically studied game sense and strategy from the start and found CCs like Flakes and Aircharged very early on, when I was gold. I've probably got hundreds of hours of replay analysis from myself and pros. I feel like I have a pretty damn good idea of how to play this game - but what happens is you realize 99% of your solo teammates have NO idea how to fundamentally play the game, and on top of that many are toxic. It ends up demoralizing you and not wanting to play at all. Bottom line, find a partner who shares that same ideal as you and the game - even the grind - will be enjoyable. If not, the experience in my opinion gives diminished returns.
dice i like your content you give great tips and will help a lot of players break through walls they didnt see possible before but i must ask for your tracker how you won 3 games within a short period of time with 0 goals 0 shots 0 assists (obv) 0 saves i am not 1 to call people out but i just wanna know how that is possible 0 goals 3 times and they just ff'd? in ssl for no reason?
Mind explaning why u jumped from Champion 3 to SSL in 1s in just 5 days? I dont think thats humanly possible. And also if u are 1400 mmr in 1s, u should be at least gc3 in 2s consistently, but yet u struggle in gc2. I would like a comment on this
Good talk, now try that with radoms LOL this advices only works in 1s or if you have a team mate, no matter how good are you in rotation, bla bla bla, when you just go kick off for example the ball goes back and your team mate wiffs the ball and you get scored lol
Im gonna be honest wit ya. I checked your tracker and you dont seem nearly active enough to be able to coach, or atleast you aren’t involved with the game itself maybe all your doing is just watching peoples replays but tbh its probably a good idea for yourself to push up your own rank so that you can fundamentally understand the game as it changes. Its impossible to analyze this game on a 6 month break, because 6 months ago i was a gc now im champ. And that was due to my lack of playing. Its not because of my mechanics, your mechanics are never gonna drop off, mechs are like riding a bike. However, gamesense will drop off because you will be put in to murky waters with decision making that you haven’t seen in months. So i think you need to study up on your gameplay and how your gamesense will hold up today. Because everyone is always improving, if you stop playing your coaching is going to become less relevant to the game as it is today. Its like if i went and got someone like rizzo who is long retired to review my replay. With all due respect. That guy doesn’t know anything about todays game in terms of the high level. I feel as if you’re not going to make it anywhere as a coach if you aren’t ebbing and flowing with the game as well as your players are. Its not like your sathew or ferra who get to sit and study film on pro scrims all day, your analyzing champs and other lower leveled players, so if you aren’t playing the game then all your going to be used to is those kinds of players. I know its a mouthful but i believe you have some serious potential in improving this game and the environment that surrounds it. You hold the same thought process as me, where you want to see players study film and understand that this is a sport, and you cant win a sport by just playing it, you have to develop the mind of the game as well as the work. Thank you for your time. I hope you dont take my words for granted.
ive only been playing rl for the past maybe month (50 total hours) and not a washed player this was the first time i downloaded the game. but Ive just recently hit diamond 3 and found i can keep up in champ lobbies. MECHS ARE NOT SHIT I promise, I cannot do even double taps or dribble. Yall jus needa understand that being a good player is about who can make the least mistakes and learning how to rotate and be in the best possible position.
most definetely, I agree with you. I have 800 hours and am currently gc2. I am extremely mechy player and yet I will say that you do not need mechanics to get to a high rank in this game. I will say having great mechanics most certainly speeds up the process and allows you to control a game in the lower ranks.
Lol no one knows you guys here so go lie to your friends so you can feel special. 1 of you hit a double reset 3 years ago lol, yeah 800 hours. Ok bro, how about this, if guy 1, you’re D3 with 50 hours and guy 2, you’re GC2 with 800 hours, then I’ll see you 2 in the RLCS in the next 2 years. You guys got good faster than Zen, the next big prospects lol.

I’ve really appreciated these videos you’ve been putting out the last couple months. As a newcomer to the game there’s a lot of great info here!

Solid content, love the points around adaptation. A dive into 2s game sense would be appreciated as a future video idea!

This is a really good video, I wish more people put game sense over mechanics. I've seen some crazy good people in C2 that rely on flip resets
