Hey! I loved ur video it gave me the vibe i needed to grind calmly smart plays on RL, i would love to ask if u have any tips/optimization tricks to improve the game latency? Lately after Drivers update/ game update my controller response feels slower and car heavier and its not a placebo cause i have replays with same settings but car speed rotating in air or touches on ball are way noticebly diferent... either way amazing vid! keep doing this type of vids!
set RL's video settings to fullscreen instead of windowed.

I completely agree with this advice, absolutely love it! At least with a solid teammate... I've seen tons of evidence of it working really great in premade games with a strong friend! In those games, it's not hard to find where my game is still lacking from lack of training or oversight in certain game scenarios.
Regarding your mention of Chess, I've found learning to play Chess has really helped me get more accustomed to being mentally resilient and calm under pressure. And in fact, Chess is my main competitive game of choice these days, as I find studying and playing chess compliments my analytical nature quite well. :)
But what do you recommend in games where you get the "worst team synergy ever", AKA teammate is acting like a very low control ball-chasing scrub who keeps dumping the ball to the worst spot for the opponent to capitalize (D3-C1 tilted player classic), and or they keep cutting into your own zone? My main answer has been if what you're doing isn't working: mix it up more, and if it's still not working, then "gg go next" and put more effort into focused training of mechs and better habits for increasing your range of opportunity. Do you agree? Or have other insight or perhaps a video on this topic?
I'll admit, I play the game much more casually these days, as after I finally earned a GC title after 7 years, I had already lost much of my motivation to train mechs and review replays, so there is certainly plenty I could be doing in those regards, if I decide to grind the game again.
How does this playstyle work in 3s, there’s more pressure and options, so isn’t waiting letting them make more plays.

Also your mentioning how to get ssl but this is going off of the assumption that we don’t make mistakes that our opponents can capitalise on not to mention the best way to learn is through failure
If you have good rotations, and your teammate is not overcommitting either, your teammate can stall if you make mistakes, and you can rotate back behind your teammate and rinse and repeat. This is why having a more consistent playstyle is preferred if you want to carry this strategy out.
@@More_caRX-7so that means getting a team mate rather than solo cue? Because in a team I can beat gc but solo I sometimes loose in champ. This is a game of two halves. Though I want to learn so please tell me why I can easily beat a GC if my tm doesn't over commit but I loose in champ because I don't monitor my team mate every second of the match. Also, The way that I beat higher up players is I just play faster. Because my brain is faster than most peoples. I'm not as accurate but I am faster. You can't do this in the lower ranks because they cannot keep up. So what happens is I end up 2v1 and then carrying most of the game but as soon as it goes to my teammate they are not focused (because they've been out of the play for awhile) and they mess up. So beat my primary method of beating I ranked players I can't do in lower ranked solo queue because teammates are really really really really really really bad at defending. Even know they can double tap etc. Funny thing is they have no idea or pretend to have no idea that they can't defend. (I've never been in a group where so much blame is diverted to others by way of trying to shame them. I'm one of the rare people who don't actually mind losing. I like having fun and I love playing fast).

I'm sitting a few games off gc1 and for the life of me I feel like I'm playing with this playstyle but not matter what I do I just can't read my teamm8 when they leave the play as soon as I'm going he's flying right over my head, when we save a ball I'm patient and let him go when I think he is done sure enough he pulls out a backflip gets stuck down field and then I'm left to make a save that's next to impossible and then they blame it on me. I feel like it's impossible for me to go any higher cause no matter if I watch replays, or practice or anything else I'm just stuck.. any tips would help

How do you play around brainless teammates that play TOO passive and won’t challenge as first man leaving you both stranded in the net? Generally I find ballchasing teammates significantly easier to play around. However with the ones that think they’re playing smart and instead are playing stupidly passive, Defense becomes almost impossible as they don’t force the shot early enough for me to react. I often find myself spamming “take the shot”, “All yours” when I’d rather be spamming “Nice one”. Am I the only “positional player” who feels this way?
