  • I Made It Just In Time!! Gigantic Stunning $20,000,000 ABANDONED Estate!
On this tour we explore a gigantic 20 million dollar mansion filled with such beautiful architecture, design and details!!
This house was up for sale for 20 million for a couple years then finally dropped down to 15.5 million and after still not selling they tried to do a special auction to see if the house would cause any interest and sell that way.
Now after over 5 years of not selling this beautiful once loved mansion has now been demolished and I'm sure there will be another beautiful and large mansion built in its place!!
********If you have an abandoned location you would like to share with me or want to see me explore in a video for you please email me at bstickland17@hotmail.com and I will give you a shout out for the share in the video and description if you would like that of course!********

I dont get it that so much gets destroyed when Salvage Dawgs will come in and remove things for reuse. There's entirely too much waste in this World 😔

When houses are occupied, the temperature of the structure stays fairly level year round because we run the AC in hot weather, which also removes home-destroying moisture, then heat in the winter. When a structure is subjected to huge temperature changes, as is an unoccupied house, bad things happen, such as paint peeling off or bricks cracking or mildew growing. Even with no maintenance, an occupied home will show signs of of decay at a much slower rate than an unoccupied home.

My heart just cries for this house. It was created with attention to detail and beauty, but now it would seem that someone doesn't want it anymore so it is being thrown away. I think that is criminal for something so beautiful.

A very beautiful house but it's sad that it is going to be demolished, I simply don't get that part at all, ever!! Some people have more money than brains, I guess.
I love all the wood, the beautiful cabinets in the bathroom, kitchen, and elsewhere, the fireplace, etc. Hopefully all of those items will be salvage, if not the owners are crazy.
I can't get over how beautiful and intricate the ceilings are also. The people who built this had good taste and knew quality and for sure had money.
I always love how you respect everything about the houses you explore even if they are going to be demolished. I always enjoy your great videos, keep them coming!

I LOOOVE this property! WOW! I feel like I wld be happy just living in the little "maid's spot". I wld need a map for the rest of the place though!! 😂😂 it is a little strange that the outside, brick portion of the house looks almost brand new. Then you go inside and see all the water damage and stuff. Seems like they wld have done something about it sooner! It also seems like there are still so many things there there should (and hopefully WILL) be salvaged b4 it gets ripped down. Like the woodwork, closets, vanities/sinks, doors etc....You just always seem to find the coolest stuff Brandon! Guess that's why you are always my fave fella! ❤❤ Thanks for sharing another beautiful property (and of course illustrating what wasteful turds we are😂). I hope you keep finding them!! ❤❤❤

What a stunning house, with all these gorgeous details.
The vanity at the beginning of the video is just wow. I hope some things are saved from being torn down. It's so sad that this beauty is being torn down, at least some things should be saved beforehand.
It's really strange that there is no pool in this huge house, maybe there used to be a pool under the dance floor. From the pictures it reminded me more of a room with a pool, so my guess was that it was converted into a huge party room at some point.
Thank you so much for this incredibly fantastic tour of this huge and absolutely gorgeous property, Brandon. ❤️🤍
It's always heartbreaking and unbelievable that houses like this are torn down. 😢
