I want there to be a feature where if you hide people away to cook like half map away meals with humans in them the people wouldnt know it was a human meal and that there eating and but they get health effects that give them a tiny but increasing chance to turn into a monster. And like the dude you had making the meals turns into a horrible monster that attacks ALL humans but still controlable so you have to keep him hidden while you make the venture to get some human meals for home if theirs a situation where healthy food is low. I admit not explained well. Dev give me a ring ill explain it better.

No it can't, it only happens under an "overhead mountain" roof and meeting other conditions (enough room and the room dictates how much can spawn along with how big your colony is, temperature, etc...)
