Literally he was one of the best cook I ever met and seasoned food to perfection. I was shocked (coming from a black background of families who knows how to cook lol). Love this channel!

One lesson I learned about lasagna is don't cook it if you're starving lol because you'll be annoyed watch an hour go by and its still not ready. Have a nice snack and glass water

This looks good but l would have to definitely have to Make a few changes. i don't eat pork and l have always use onion and garlic l have never seen anyone use celery in Italian food well at least in a Lasagna or Ziti but l really love your channel your a Awesome cook and l'm a SUBSCRIBER.! Yes.! And l would love to see you make a Lemon Pie but not necessarily a Lemon Meringue Pie,.. but it would be okay and maybe Rice Pudding and My all time favorite Cake All Chocolate Cake or a Pineapple Cake .!Anyone of these Down Home Old Fashioned Desserts would great.! I never make lasagna without adding sour cream to the ricotta mixture, I sometimes add cream cheese or cottage cheese too, it's all good

Not a huge fan of ricotta in lasagna. I make mine with a bechamel sauce. It really does keep the lasagna super moist!
