    Nah Im with OP
    If daddy doesn't want to be judged for being an awful parent, he should not have been an awful parent

    OP shouldn’t let her parents reconcile with her since even if they’re sorry now, they still chose money over her. They’re just trying to have their cake and eat it too at this point. They also won’t get back in golden child’s grace without OP, so they’ll definitely use her again.

    Why do these narcissistic parents who abandoned their own child for their golden child always think they can get away with their actions and won't face repercussions?

      big ego.

      Because most narcissists tend to condition their family/friends/victims into accepting their behavior. Between the long-term conditioning to recalibrate the victim's 'normalcy meters' to the ab*se being normal, and the myriad of ways the narcs will punish vics who dare to rebel against their wishes (degradation, emotional/verbal ab&se, destruction of property, lies/slander, ect) and the dreaded extinction burst behavior, very few are willing to speak out against them. If a child attempts to speak out against a narc parent? All too often, the adults around them will choose to believe the narc adult, and not the child. It's easier for them to close their eyes to the abu%e and look away than it is to fight a narc. Narcs fight _dirty._ When the conditioning starts from the cradle? The vic often never even knows what truly normal/healthy behaviors and relationships are and feel like.

      In addition to the well-written breakdown above. Most narcs do not live in reality. They have a completely distorted view of themselves and their actions and do not acknowledge how monstrous they are. They are very adept at double think, at both knowing they need to take steps to prevent their action from being revealed publicly due to how horrible they are, while simultaneously believing that everything they do is perfectly normal and appropriate

    If she like replied to her parents everytime they would say anything to her with this text "👍🏻👍🏻." It would've been funny

    Another bit of bad fiction. NO one asked Sarah what she intended to do. Sarah is pregnant and her parents expect her to have a separate bedroom. No questions for the father. Would he accept sleeping apart there? Or moving out of his place?

      Yeah, I was confused that her boyfriend would be in a separate room. I get it in the case of religious families that want intimacy to wait until marriage, but they are already having a baby at this point. I don't think it's unbelievable, but I have a few questions that weren't answered

    This whole story is one big a lie, he said earlier did he blocked his parents. So how did he receive an email or a text message from his father?

    • @LymiaKanokawa
      @LymiaKanokawa Месяц назад +2

      ... because he didn't block them on email, and probably only did on Facebook, maybe phone? IRL isn't made out of logic puzzles, figuring out if a story is true or not isn't about finding little inconsistencies.

    are most westrn society run by grandparents inheritence because in most stories thats what influences people to change

      That’s not a thing in western countries. More likely in other, more restrictive countries.

      No its just fist fights and screaming over inheritance. Believe me Americans can get nasty over it. At 19, I ended up without a home and no money when my only living parent died.

    • @gradystovin
      @gradystovin Месяц назад

      Eh not inheritance and grandparents specifically. More just money. A lottery win, big court settlement, or landing a great job can have a similar effect.

      With the middle class collapsing in some western countries (especially mine), it’s pretty bad.
