I wanted to know the construction!
I ran a similar build on ptr and had a blast with it. Hits like a wet noodle, but you just don’t die. Tip for the blocking guy, warhammer melts block stamina with heavies.
Yep some weapons actually have passives that eat away at block stamina but they don't spec into it b/c pvp tanks are not as common.
so sword and board and flail and board is really tanky? Prob good for point tank, and maybe paladins. So paladins are back? I can see medium healing being a thing for wars now
nothing really changes with sword and board. but flail is just absolutely amazing right now. it offers so many things, it's insane. and yes paladins are back, but only because flail scales off strength and focus, which allows you to build for flail damage without sacrificing life staff healing. paladin builds also work well in light, medium and heavy, depending on your playstyle and needs. i'm super excited for the flail. i have massive withdrawals since the PTR went down.
is there a tank meta RN? seems like everone is tanky
just wait until the flail comes out. yeah people are tanky, but i think not necessarily tankier than usual.
Power creep is so shit for any game. Everyone does so much damage that they keep buffing life and defense to mitigate the OP damage. This whole video was the same 12 people fighting with one dying a minute, if we’re lucky.
