That's exactly how I'm feeling when I'm facing survivors with Off the Record who tries to use it in an agressive way, it's frustrating because you don't want to care about them, you don't want to tunnel and go for the other but they bodyblock you and do everything so you hit them and then they rages about that in the endgame lobby. I'm glad tho that it doesn't happen too often, because I don't care what player brings, it's how they use it
They basically already proved this with Dowsey's Hardcore Survivor series. Given Otz and Dowsey are killer mains and are mid at survivor, if it was 4 survivor mains, it wouldn't even be a challenge
Y’all need to stop overreacting. They played to win against lower tier killers that were running goofy builds. Put these guys up against a comp nurse or blight and the game becomes much harder. My killer games have been easier than ever. They’re beating up killers with way less hours then them.

Perhaps a game mode where teachable perks are base kit for the character that the perks originate from, and the only equippable perks are the base game perks
Chillest game I ever had was deciding to play huntress (my main) and just go for the nuttiest cross maps I could. I put everyone death hook because I'm greedy for them blood points, but let everyone go. After the third survivor they noticed what I was doing and were running as far as possible and standing in weird places to test me. Coolest game ever.

As a relatively new player who doesn't know what all 120+ perks do this really makes me want a no perks mode even more. Or at least a mode where each day the perks changed but every killer and Survivor were running the same predetermined perks so I could slowly learn what they all do. If I didn't have to worry about some perk killing me that i don't understand it would really help me feel less nervous trying to learn how to loop the killer.
Yea, pain res + jolt + eruption like 2 Times per minute, so gen regress from 90% to 10% and im only one guy on gens so it makes me disconnect... It should be unique like exh perks, especialy for solo q players

Deadlock even more since survivors booted off are encouraged to go for the save. Being able to keep 3 survivors off gens AND get any regression out of it by standing in place is ridiculous. Imagine if survivors could give a free deliverance to another survivor while working on a gen and you can see how that easy convenience actually takes away time the killer worked for without the killer having any way of playing around it or interacting with them. It’s definitely not the best way to use those perks, but the fact it rewards a very unskillful playstyle (which is already quite strong) is very poor design. Interaction is what makes multiplayer games fun.
Yeah you can feel it when they run S tier perks vs when they run lower tier perks. You can feel how the game slips away after every random timing DH, with every gen popping in 30 seconds, with every UB/libe getting them out of a shitty situation, with every heal they shouldnt be able to get or get that fast without a strong medkit... I dont mind getting looped for ages if I'm enjoying the mind games. On the other hand, I hate loosing when my chases are all under a minute, when they can just pop a gen inside a 3gen without me even noticing it despite patroling, when they have stupid RNG or are always healthy despite taking a billion protection hit... Certainly feels unfair, almost not legit
ive been playing against alot of SWFs lately that are bodyblocking while making the entire map a giant CoH, defensive perks being used offensively is one of the most annoying things to deal with as killer.

I just played a few killer matches after a year or two. In one match the whole team had a sweaty build, but they hardly used any of it. It was just a fun challenging game cause they played well. And my build was just for blood points lol.

thats why i think sprint burst is very underrated. killers dont really feel how oppressive it is against them. But it provides value more consistent than dead hard does imo.

I actually faced a squad running the same builds and eyrie of the crows. The only difference was they used everything in their build. I basement camped them all because they were also t-bagging me.

@@jeewjitsu That is the biggest part of the SWF, the call outs. It acts like an aura perk against the killer without using the perk slot. It is a fundamental advantage the killer has nothing to compare with. Being said, it isn't something that can ever be rectified as long as SWF exists, and last summer the devs revealed that almost 80% of games have at least two people together. SWFs is what made this games p[population explode, I remember when it was implemented. They did it because of lobby hopping, which made it take 30 minutes to find a game. If it was removed, a lot of people would leave, I know five personally who only SWF, so it isn't ever going to go anywhere, and it always be an inherent advantage to survivors.
So we can conclude neither perks nor items are the root cause of the problem, it's shitty matchmaking matching you to people that clearly do not belong to your skill bracket.
Another thing I think this experiment prove is that survivor don't even need these perks and items to win. You guys literally just played the game perkless, and got out with no problem. Having all that stacked on top of survs being mechanically better than most killers is what frustrates people. So yeah, when I killer doesn't feel the pressure of Genrush + second chance perks + survs constantly going for saves + survs just being jerks in general, then yeah.... they are going to be feeling a bit better by the end of the match.
whoever said haddonfield was a "good map" is either not a survivor main or doesn't play solo q enough lol, don't get me wrong the buildings are busted if you KNOW how to run them but if you get caught in the street and the 1-2 pallets that spawn there are gone... yeah rip. That map has a 3-4 gen 90% of the times and sadly for us solo q players, many teammates would rather do the outside gens first and then end up in the easiest 4k for the killer because they are not aggressive enough with 3 gens or don't know how to play against it. Anyways that was my rant on that map. Good vid.

The only things that make me complain as a killer are, taking an insane number of hits, and 40ish second gens. If I get a get without those then I’m happy
I don't think people are really that chill, they just don't say it in the end game chat or can't because there not PC. Like you mentioned they most likely took a screenshot then ran to reddict to post a 4 page report on how OP survivor is. I've even seen OTZ complain about how a survivor he faced must of have a brand new part and big toolbox then the at end game it was just a brown toolbox with no add-on's. DBD players love to blame the perks and add-on's when sometimes your just facing a better player, that player got lucky, or things just aren't as they seem like he had more time to sit on that gen then you think.
