When invincible was over my body and soul felt like it was put through a workout...seriously like they were iron mike and I was a punching bag
SquidBag would have to be a data recorder with some kind of mic that’s easy to get in, or he’s privileged with his entry. But likely a small mic and the input gain set perfectly for no distortion. It’s not easy to get a room like this to record well for amateur

Those harmonies in the Jambi solo with Richie.
The best sounding concert I've ever attended! My daughter surprised me with tickets, had the best time ever!
That’s great parenting
Man, I was there too! It was the best concert I ever went too either (other than Taking Back Sunday). It was a religious experience
@@Vaeren222 I concur
It was an amazing concert! Maynard had so much energy. It was good to see. He didn’t want to hide!
I took my girlfriend (her first Tool concert) and we sat next to a couple seeing them for the first time, they were all blown away by the sound of the band, and how active Maynard was. He was as into it as I've ever seen him - dancing, joking, performing. He always crushes it, but he was clearly enjoying himself on this night. It was a great treat to witness.
That's why he goofed up in Vicarious...he was too busy climbing all over all the risers and rolling around on stage.
@@houstonkress548 and that goof up sounded great
Bro.. I lost my shit when I noticed somebody else up there playing guitar.. that shit ripped on another level.
Blake Bumbalough I thought I was hallucinating
@@willtheelectrician8184 I WAS hallucinating and I thought it was my imagination at first!!
Richie Faulkner from Judas Priest.
I was high as a kite when Richie and Adam were shredding it. Thing is, I wasn’t taking any substances. The sound was that damn good.
I've seen them 7 times, and this was the best they've sounded - Maynard was on another level based on what I heard from my seats. Just an unreal show and performance by four legends.
Hey I've seen them a few times myself and I thought this was the best he ever sounded as well
Damn that Jambi collab is awesome
Mighty fantastic !!!
the sickest
That's the best live Jambi I've ever heard.
Added: As a life-long Tool fan, that Jambi version convinced me that Tool would reach a whole new level if they added another guitar player. Tool is awesome as is - but that Jambi was absolutely mighty.
Agreed. That was fucking insane.
Best band hands down ON THIS FLAT EARTH 🥳
Best show I have ever been to
I was there that night. What a show that was!!! 5th time seeing them live and gets better and better.
First Concert of theirs that I got to experience, and it was truly special. I’ll never forget it.
I took my son when he was 8 he is a drummer Danny mesmerized him. He never forgot that show!!! They only get better w/ time!!🥰
Now in my early 50s ,me and a best friend of 30yrs went to the show and we've seen alot of concert's together and this show was buy far the best that we've ever seen .unbelievable
Was there! Best concert ever. Jambi was on another level. Also, loved Pneuma, Swamp Song, Schism.
Yes thank you so much for the upload..was a special night
Another cracking job guys thank you so much for taking the risk. I will smoke one in your names =) thanks again and thanks again
Dang. That Swamp Song was great.
That solo in Jambi is incredible
mcpure90 I can’t get enough of it
I was there! This was an amazing show 🤘🤘🤘I remember looking at my friend after Jambi and saying "that was like two bats flying out of hell!! 😂." And Swamp Song was relentlessly surprising!!! Ahhh, wish I could see Tool every weekend 😬
Some sounding vibration of light in every color of spectrum even over our sight. Rocksteers we are salvation in every way known awaken all! We are the only hope left! All are that can from here to everywhere on this our earth! The others watch wait and know! No fear!
Great recording. Thank you! Great to hear the other guitar player on Jambi. They always seem to have a problem to get in sync on Vicarious, although its killer when he harmonizes with the talk box.
I flew in from Philly for this and we partied on Broadway after!!
I love how on vicarious Maynard makes the crowd sing the part "vicariously I live while the whole world dies" then he comes in with "much better you than I" So cool! Thanks Nashville that was a party of a lifetime!!
1:25:24 soundin pretty strong Jimbo.
55 years old and killing those 90's hits
Grant Z Price best part of the night next to that jambi solo & dc solo
keep on coming back every month to relive this show. can't wait until they can go back on tour.
you can hear me screaming my lungs out at the end of stinkfist lmao, one of the greatest concerts ever and I even went alone lol.
Thanks for posting this. I may or may not have been too fucked up to remember the whole show!
What a great way to experience a tool concert 🙄
1:34:34 "Ah, no! Y'all are sittin' down like SHEEP!"🐑
1:46:27 "PLEASE don't play Chocolate Chip Trip!" 😂🤣😂
"Death by astonishment"
THANK YOU
Whoever posted this I can't thank you enough!
Was there, was awesome, first time, hope like hell I can do it again. Gotta give it up for Jambi, swamp song, & schism. Those were fantastic.
Great quality
Where were you sitting for this quality? It's amazing?
22:43 that voice crack tho 😂
Holy shit the band's performance of Jambi was amazing
This was my first tool concert ever
I was at this show and am so glad I got to see them before 'rona destroyed everything
Swamp song was the highlight for me
Mon groupe favorie,d'la vraie musique
I was there! 3 gels
Fuck yea ! 5g boomers in Dallas for me
Hell yes!!!
Thank you VTX, "geordy", TB and DVN!! I had high, High Hopes of attending this show or ATL but could not...these recordings are so wonderful!! I haven't been able to listen to very much of this yet but can tell the sound is outstanding already and cannot wait to hear the whole show!!
I just read about the new additional sound system that's been added to help facilitate the experience for the audience in the upper bowl. My apologies for bad grammar and misinformation!
Thank You So Much for doing what you do..and of course, to Tool!!
Peace, LT
LT LT It sounded incredible in the upper bowl - flawless actually.
@@benkyle76 That's so cool, I'm glad to hear of so many people enjoying the 'Tool experience'!
My memories are mostly intact of shows from the past. 🤘✌️
Rumor has it, NASHVILLE
Nobody is going to mention how INSANE Maynard sounded on Schism?
Mind was blown when I went to this show, 3rd time seeing them and like always knocked it outta the park, and dude from Judas priest was fucking sssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiccccccccckkkkkkk
Hey I just found this. I was at the show, about my 15th seeing Tool. This is INCREDIBLE!! Apologies if you’ve answered this but how was it recorded and if you have better quality audio could I get it from you? Sounds GREAT as is just curious. Thanks. D.
why does everyone in live videos keep calling that part before vicarious merkaba? that was an interlude on salival that sounded completely and totally different to the thing here. in other videos they play something else before vicarious, a really pretty sounding guitar part that sounds really middle eastern sounding, and that also gets labeled in the comments as merkaba, even though its different from the weird volume swelling piece here called merkaba
Damn I always lose my shit at that moment 57:19
To feel it live is just a beautiful thing...
I find it odd they had seats down for a TOOL show
Hey man is there a way you can upload the show from February 18th 2020 in sydney
Anyone have audio of the Memphis show?
Anyone know of a video of this concert?
1:04:03
I was trippin balls , and It was amazing and maynard sounded better than I've heard him in years , but I ain't gonna lie , him telling the same jokes in between songs like saying it sounds more like Louisville than Nashville, (same as 2004) kinda lame ..fans deserve more interaction from him .. at least a few more liners or something.. idk..
Agreed
He is there to sing, not to make you laugh. Just apreciate de show.
Like I said I was trippin balls ...I really enjoyed the show..I actually fell in love all over again with my loved one but...cmon same jokes/ banter as 04' kinda lame ...we waited 14 years for a new album maynard is the voice .just saying fans deserve a little more interaction without having to pay hundreds to go to one of their seminars ..people love live shows for all kinds of reasons not just music..like I said I thought he sounded better than I ever heard him live personally, tool fans hang on every word as silly as it is , they just deserve a little more or at least I wish he was a little more interactive..but hey the blew my mind once again loved it ..
He only spoke directly to the crowd in Memphis one time Time (two nights after Nashville) and I was good with that. They fucking jammed which was what I was there to see and what they where there to do.
That's good if yur good with that ..I just think its lame that's all lol
1:14:23 mic fuck up
tasha cobbs
Is there any chance I could get an audio only copy of this?
I'd love to have one as well
Please play Descending on Friday in Perth
Sean Brent jaja
Why are they not moving.
What the hell is the point when it's just a bunch of still shots???!!!
The title literally says Audio.
Guess you shoulda been to the show then jackass. Now I get to relive it anytime I want with this audio. I can close my eyes and see it all now. Best show I’ve ever seen.
