Thanks for very insightful and useful information sir. The information you provide on you channel is really helpful. The good thing is that you are providing this information with Indian context. I have one question. I keep hearing opposite views on Raggi for diabetic persons. Some says that it is not good as it raises sugar while others says that it has high fiber and many other useful minerals etc. so it is good. Can you please cover it in one of your videos ?
Will do that for sure

In order for me to achieve a 7% A1C, what should be my target:
Fasting sugar
Post Prandial sugar
Everywhere I see the info, it shows 120 or below for fasting and 150 or below post Prandial - which is hard to achieve for me (and that gives less than 7% A1C).

What is high GI for diabetic patients? GI should be below 55 to 60?
GI and GL are related to food you eat. GI is a measure to understand how quick the food raises blood sugars. It is recommended to have food below the GI of 50
Sir …thank you for demystifying the myths. Now , as you rightly said that carrot and beet root etc can be consumed in raw form in limited portion but how about Poriyal or sabzi made out of carrot or beet root ? Also there are many Indian preparations where carrots are included as one of the ingredients like sambhar etc …can we eat them in the Cooke form without worry . Kindly clarify the same in your future videos about raw vs cooked form for the same set of vegetables .
